We love eating here and once again, it did not disappoint!
The brunch cocktails were a delight and our server’s suggestions were spot on. I’ve always been pleased with the food quality and service at Murphy’s.
Great brunch. We love the food at Murphys. It never disappoints. And they have choices for the kids too. The whole family enjoyed it.
We had a great experience! The food was outstanding and our server Ashton, while new, was great. The bar did run out of the ingredients to make the delicious Gin and Jam cocktail. I probably would have stayed there all day drinking that cocktail! I look forward to going back!
Food was great. Our sever Fredric was ver accommodation and explained the features of the day and beverage options. Couldn’t go wrong with the apple cider mimosa!
Brunch is here absolutely fantastic. We sat outside in the cutest courtyard. You couldn’t even tell there you were near a highly trafficked intersection. The service was impeccable and the food delicious. Would highly recommend for weekend brunch and can’t wait to go back for dinner.
Amazing experience, me and my wife can’t wait to go back again.
Always enjoy this restaurant. Rain brought us indoors. Food as always very good. Chicken pozole soup was very luke warm but the waitress was accommodating. The restaurant was very lightly populated even for covid. Although the server was accommodating and efficient I could have used at least the illusion of caring and the meal was very rushed. Entrees served while finishing soup. Overall a consistently good place.
Great food and service. Great Bloody Mary's! The brunch menu was fabulous.
Food and Service always reliable! I’ve eaten almost every item on the menu haven’t had a bad dish yet which for me is very unusual. Still my favorite restaurant in Atlanta😎
The fresh catch - halibut - was outstanding! Some of the best I’ve ever had!!
Outdoor seating, great service and good food! Pandemic worthy.
I had not been t Murphy’s in several years but go glad I went back. Not much has changed. Still great food, service and atmosphere.
Great service during our visit- Ricky L was attentive, fast, and professional with the perfect balance of casual/friendly. The food had a good flavor and was delivered to the table in the right amount of time.
My only "knock" on my visit is in the area of value. The pancakes, for the price, were kind of small. Add a couple of scrambled eggs and a non-alcoholic drink and I'm very quickly at $20. Not a terrible price however not $20 in value IMO.
No, I don't expect to receive plate-sized pancakes however for my money, I wasn't wowed when the food was presented. A bit of a miss given the high marks in other categories.
We were there this past Sunday for brunch. My daughter and mother in law both ordered the same item which was quiche and they came out two different sizes (small and smaller) ... my mother in law asked if she could have ceasar salad instead of the spring mix that came with the quiche ... they charged $9 for that ...
I thought that was a little much ...
My reservation was for 12:30, I arrived at Murphys ten minutes early and I was seated in five minutes. The server Frederic was charming and his service was excellent. The food was to die for. We had a lovely time and we never felt rushed to leave. We will go back again.
Was hoping for a little more of a experience. Celebrated a birthday. They do not bring anything for the birthday guest. Server disappeared at times and breakfast was good.
This is one of my favorite spots in Midtown Atlanta. I will always return as a result.
My husbands fish was gel RAW, sent it back. Took forever to get bread service and had to ask twice - my entree was just okay, but at least it was cooked , unlike my hubby s fish that was $30.00 - the service was terrible . Also if you advertise your patio outside in the cooler temps of Atl. and have 5 propane heaters out there , why would you not light them up on a 48 degree evening? Their reply was , oh we ran out of propane fuel on all of the heaters this afternoon. Like really? GO across the street to the Chevron and buy some fuel for your heaters . I expected more from an upscale, not cheap restaurant. We will NOT be back here or recommend it!
We sat outside and it was the perfect spot to bring a friend from out of town
I love Murphy's because not only is the food excellent, they go to great lengths to keep customers safe in this time of pandemic. Murphy's is the ONLY restaurant I have frequented this year.
Check out their website to see how seriously they take this virus and everything the owners have done to ensure diner's safety.
Great outdoor dining with tables and guests nicely spaced. Murphy's exceptional food too.
Not just for lunch or brunch! What a nice surprise to have such a delicious dinner. The grilled artichokes, seared tuna salad, and lobster roll were all great.
My boyfriend and I had a lovely date with great food!
Got lucky enough to have a corner table on the patio. Food was incredible. Service was prompt and courteous. Everyone followed the social distancing and masking protocols. All in all couldnt ask for more
Murphy's is one of my all time favorite restuarants. Delicious tasty food cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere and outstanding service. Ricky's service and pleasant personality was simply wonderful! Will continue to return...
Tables a little close but otherwise felt like safe, nice place to eat right now
We enjoyed the attention to the “new standard”. They checked our temperature and seated us promptly.
The waiter was attentive and nice. We ate on the patio.
The drinks were delicious, but sadly the food was a slight disappointing.
The meatloaf was overcooked as if it had been reheated. It was flavorful, but dry.
The brisket my wife had was tasty. The green beans were “cool” and undercook, more raw than anything else.
We’ve been here many times, but in fairness to the restaurant and our new paradigm I forgive them for the shortcomings.
It was just good to finally get out and enjoy the evening.
The food is always delicious and the service impeccable.
Waitress was good but she spilled strawberry drink on brand new white sweater. Murphy’s should have paid for shirt. Waitress did take $9 off sweater was $29
Not socially distant at all. Table behind us was so loud I feared the spread of Covid out of one patron’s mouth. Waitress was really nice.
As two friends meeting up for the weekend in Atlanta, this place was perfect!!! Their special mimosas were to die for and the food portions were so big we both took home food for our next meal. We were happy because we hadn’t eaten out in such a long due to COVID, but they had a well ventilated covered patio that made us feel safe. Service was excellent. Would recommend to everyone!
It was great Aaron was our first waiter and he was so accommodating. Great night.
The service was attentive and quick. The wait staff knowledgeable and friendly. The food was absolutely wonderful.
Pre birthday celebration month kick off with girlfriends-they loved the ambiance and the food and service was delicious! Great post covid measures for safety and still accommodating considering
The pulled pork eggs benedict was marvelous! Should be on the menu permanently.
Really great service! I really love that Murphy's is taking reservations for the first time ever. It makes the experience so much better not waiting to being seated for a hour. I hope they keep that up post Covid.
Love Murphy's on Weds night on the patio - The band is great and the food and service consistently on point!
Have eaten dinner many times at Murphy's and it has always been excellent. Expected the same for brunch and it was just average...nothing special. Service was also slow and my son ordered a hamburger and received a chicken burger and the waiter blamed it on take-out orders...not impressed!
It was great
