   Just no. The food was awful. The service was fine. Not great. Not terrible. The atmosphere was slightly depressing. I would not return.

   They were very nice about accommodating my group. The food was tasty, especially the brussel sprouts. We sat in the outdoor patio which was great, but has a limited number of tables. Good beer selection as well.

   Great Neighborhood find! We were seated immediately for our reservation and the wait staff was very pleasant.

   We came here for their dineLA lunch offering. It was $15 for an appetizer, an entree and a complimentary cocktail/beer/wine. For appetizer, I chose Parmesean Tater Tots with Truffle Oil. The truffle oil was not too heavy; it was perfect and tasty. For entree, I picked a Smoked BBQ Bacon Burger. It came with LOTS of fries. The burger itself was perfectly cooked. The beef patty they used was of high quality. As for the cocktail, I had the oil change: a bourbon cocktail with ginger and lemon. It was delish. I'm glad I came here for dineLA and only paid $15 for lunch; but I would be happy to come back and pay the full price for a meal here next time.

   Went here for DineLA week. Enjoyed the food and the ambiance from our comfortable booth. Our waitress was overwhelmed with 10 tables and service was very uneven, spotty and slow. Standouts were the corn soup, parmigiano tots and a very good BBQ Burger.

   Tried this for DineLA restaurant week. Their special menu was inexpensive, varied, and when the food arrived, it was generous and well prepared. The cocktail was very good too. The crowd was pretty sparse (it was a Monday) so we were actually able to hold a conversation! Also, as a bonus, I got carded (I am in my 40's). The only downside was the service was a little slow. There were only two servers for the whole restaurant so we had to wait a long time between courses and for our check. But I'd still totally recommend this place and will go back.

    The decor is really cool. Sort of like being in a mechanic's garage. Our food came on metal trays which was a nice touch. The specialty drinks were creative and tasty at $10 each. The food, overall, was unremarkable. Our group had burgers, flat bread and the famous fried chicken. The burgers were good, but akin to those at any decent burger joint. The flat bread was a bit bland and the fried chicken was basic. All in all the food was okay but nothing to tell your friends about. Murph's is a good place to meet for a drink before you head out to dinner elsewhere.
