    Dining at Murals was delightful. The murals are fun, and the ambiance is lovely. What was truly exceptional was Grace, who was the server, and also covering for an absent bartender. She was both pleasant and efficient.

    Had a reservation and checked in with 3 different people before still waiting for a table. Waited for one hour for our food before telling the waitress (who never updated us) to bring a check that we were leaving. We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the check. The manager said he was going to bring us a dessert! for our troubles but we did not want dessert before eating dinner. No one seemed to care nor were they friendly. A table next to us was a mother and daughter celebrating a Birthday and were equally dissatisfied with the lack of service and the portion size (minimal) A lovely atmosphere but not well run. Many other excellent dining options available nearby

    If you’re staying in the Warwick it’s a perfectly good choice. Especially when reservations are are to come by elsewhere. But you’re not going to come to this restaurant for the restaurant.

    Absolutely awful There was a party of about 100 people drinking and shouting and milling around the small dining room. No way we could eat dinner there and had to leave and go elsewhere after about 25 minutes. Reservations should have informed dinner guests in advance that there was a large party booked in the restaurant for the evening. According to hostess the party had been booked for several months.

    For the price I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was very slow. The waiter seemed to disappear. My steak, while cooked well, was 40% fat. It was also served cold after waiting over 30 minutes for it!

    Wouldn't recommend sadly. Several reasons for this. One person in our party ordered a specific glass of wine and they didn't have it but instead of informing us they just brought something else but didn't say anything (and this was a wine that the person already knew and didn't want). The wines were room temperature and had to ask to get a chilled glass of white wine. The restaurant is supposed to serve Vietnamese food but it was the most bland and tasteless pho we have ever had. One of the dishes didn't come until we had already finished half the meal. Jazz music in the background was nice for having dinner.

    We had a wonderful breakfast with our family on Sunday morning. It was the perfect end to a great NYC weekend visiting with family and friends. The room is beautiful and the service and the food were excellent. Definitely a must do again!!!

    A very sedate and near empty beautifully decorated dining room. Cocktails are a cut above. Nice appetizers easy to share. Pho so so. Initially, I added a 20% tip when presented with the check only then to see that the management had already included a 15% tip for my party of 3 without any menu disclosure.

    Diamond in rough. First off, the food was very good. Salad with shrimp, crispy duck appetizer (excellent), striped bass, shrimp risotto, all very good. Not really Vietnamese but rather Vietnamese inspired. Still good. Ambience is lovely with big murals and a soft jazz combo, guitar and singer (check which nights). As to the rest, and I mean this positively because I really liked the place. Everyone was SUPER NICE (most important thing, I guess) but they really didn't know the restaurant business. I hope they see this and perhaps bring in an experienced person or consultant. The menu selection was small WHICH IS FINE, better to do a few things well than a big selection of mediocrity, but they were out of a significant number of items and it was early Friday night. When you have 5 or six entree selections, you cant be out of one. Also not, a lot if hot chilis on items that didn't specify so on the menu. Really good though - I liked it but my gf, not so much. They replaced on item cordially. Again, super friendly and nice but just didn't know common stuff. I had an aperitif and then asked for a glass of wine. Great. He asked me if I wanted it in the same glass. Very sweet, but just didn't know. I hope they get the message. It is a great looking place with a great location and excellent food and was almost empty on a Friday night. Inside a great hotel, I'm sure the rent cant be cheap and they wont make it without some changes and better marketing to bring people in.

    The service is as SUPREME! The staff attentive, kind and made the experience. The vocalist (Friday evening) was lovely and the ambience excellent. I had curry risotto, it was good. The trio of sorbets for dessert was excellent. I recommend Murals. It was a nice reprieve l!

    My husband and I had breakfast here on Thursday morning. The staff was friendly and gave excellent service in a lovely restaurant. However the food was just average for the price. Sadly I cannot recommend Murals for breakfast until the food meets the Warwick hotel standards and the excellent service. Great potential though.

    Wonderful experience! Our server was very attentive and engaging. The food was absolutely delicious. I wasn’t sure what to expect with Vietnamese food … being very short sighted … but I’m glad we persevered because it was to die for! We didn’t skimp … light and crispy calamari to start, with entree’s of striped bass in a coconut curry that was devoured by my husband and scallops with a tasty corn relish sauce that was so satisfying and filling. For sides, we ordered the light and airy chicken fried rice and tangy, savory, crispy Brussels sprouts We had way to much food, but couldn’t leave it! To go containers arrived at our table .. and our lucky daughter will have a wonderful time eating left overs today. We ended with a “hearty” cup of coffee and a cappuccino. Recommend highly.

    The Pho soup was just a bunch of noodles, the risotto with shrimp was really fishy, and portions for everything were small. The atmosphere is very nice, the service was great, but the food... just didn't make it.

    This restaurant is in a great location and has an old NYC charm. The breakfast buffet is extensive and overall, the food is great. The service is awful. The tip is included in your bill, 20%, so clearly the staff is unmotivated to serve you. It's amazing how skillful they are at avoiding you! Last, the prices are absurd for this level hotel ambiance and overall experience.

    Was there for breakfast. Convienent because we were staying at the Warwick. Our waiter was friendly and competent. Like everything in NYC , it is expensive. They add 15% tip to bill which is fine for us. Eggs Benedict, and a three egg white omelet with bacon and Swiss , a carafe of coffee with tip came to $80.

    Service was terrible and rushed. The wait staff must have hit the back of my chair 20 times during our 50 min breakfast. They have no regard for their customers and no apologies were made for keep on hitting my chair every time they walk pass it. The restaurant was empty but they keep on rushing us with the bill etc. I would not come back...
