Everything was amazing. The man at the front desk who checked us in was very professional and kind. He deserves a raise! I cannot remember his name but he was a manager or supervisor and talk with dark hair.
Breakfast buffet was great. Our server, Charlie, was excellent and gave advice on where to find wildlife that was spot on.
Subpar food and service. Felt like a cafeteria style food put on our plates. Nothing special other than the view with expensive prices. If the food had been good, we wouldn’t have minded the prices.
Everything was superb- when we first walked in Adam a server that we had known since he was in grade school recognized us and the hostess to seat us in his area- this made a special evening for us and he got to visit with some friends from Indiana
The food was excellent
The Mural room was great. The service was excellent and the food was good for breakfast.
Good menu choices. Food was very good. Slow service.
Great view of the Tetons. Good food and great service.
Beautiful setting for special lunch. Friendly wait staff.
9 pm seating, did not get our meal until almost 10:30 pm!
The only thing this restaurant had going for it was the location overlooking the mountains. The food was too salty, salad had way way way too much dressing. Under staffed, which to me didn’t matter as much as the disappointment of the food quality.
Anneversery our waiter and wait staff were Great!
The most amazing view and efficient wait staff. The menu is not robust for lunch but fresh and flavorful. I would eat here again in a heartbeat!
The breakfast buffet was delicious! We ate here two mornings in a row. With Covid precautions, staff served the food and they were generous with portions, especially the fruit station. I was very impressed by the skill of the guy manning the omelet/waffle station. He kept everything running smoothly. They had a nice selection of pastries to choose from. The wait staff was attentive with beverages.
Outstanding Oysters Rockefeller, salads and the trout was one of the best. The sides of broccolini, rice pilaf and creamy spinach with manchego were very good. The Elk was good but not great for a $48 price point. By the way, all the other dishes were fairly priced. The view and service were superb!
The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful, only outdone by the grand view of the dining area.
No air conditioning and sat at table with blinding sun.
It was the last day of our vacation and lunch lived up to expectations. The food was great but the view and ambiance spectacular.
Lunch for our anniversary with a spectacular view!
Good buffet breakfast. All staff members very polite and cheerful
can't beat the views! beautiful location and solid service and offerings
Great views and great food to go along with them. Only complaint is the room temperature never seemed to be cool enough for us. Went above and beyond for my daughter's birthday.
I was applauded. We were served water glasses at the started of breakfast. After drinking some of our water it was noticed that we each had something flouting in our water. We pointed it out to our waiter who, nonchalantly offered the explanation that it was orange juice pulp. He further went on to say that apparently the pitcher didn’t get washed very well! I told him how disturbing this was and he just said said he would be glad to get us new glasses of water. No apologies. Uncleaned dishwear is never acceptable but in this his pandemic world it is particularly appalling. Very very disappointed.
Gorgeous views, great food, and wonderful service! Our waiter, Nate, made it such a great experience!
Food was served very quickly and was cooked to perfection. Can't beat the view. Very happy we were able to get a last minute reservation.
We had a great dinner to end a great vacation. Our server Carl was excellent and the food was great. There is not a better view than looking at the Tetons while Sunni g
We both enjoyed the excellent burger for dinner. Another couple was celebrating their engagement - when we mentioned to our server that we were celebrating our anniversary she comped our dessert. Nice!
The view is truly spectacular BUT.....if you are dining while the sun is still shining into the dining room you want to avoid getting seated near the windows as it gets quite hot and the windows are screened so the view is a bit obstructed.
Our server was wonderful and my Prime Rib excellent. The overall menu is odd meaning the chef may be just a little out there with his creative ingredients. Had a weird, very weird tomato soup that got weirder with each spoonful. Finally pushed the plate away. I would suggest this chef consider getting back to comfort food recipes. May help the menu and business as the choices are limited and I personally would not eat there twice because of the menu but still recommend the experience because of the view.
Lunch was a very relaxing and fun experience in the fabulously beautiful Grand Teton Lodge Dining Room. The views are stunning, the ambiance very lovely with the linen service, and the wait staff is friendly and attentive. The food is very good. We had all our meals here while we stayed in the lodge and enjoyed them all.
Needs a manager on the floor directing wait staff. No wine list or drink menu offered . Got my drink after the meal. Good try but lousy training.
This is a very good restaurant, with a good view of the mountains. If you are able to stay at Jackson Lake Lodge, an excellent choice. Make sure to reserve a table days before.
The atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make this a lovely spot for a meal. Staff is intentional about giving you friendly and good service. The food does not meet up to the expectations of the surroundings and the price however, and while it was okay, dont feel you will be missing out if you give this one a pass. Grab some take out and enjoy the view from one of the many other spots in the lodge!
This was our second night dining at The Mural Room at Grand Teton Lodge. The views are simply breathtaking, the service excellent, staff friendly and food very good. The entree selections are basic but very well prepared and plated. It is a total experience not to be missed.
Food was good and view was lively
This is our favorite restaurant to celebrate important milestones.
Awesome view of the Tetons! Asked for window table and got it both nights. Food and service were outstanding.
Incredible service our waiter was awesome his name was Coby? Can’t remember, but he was great. Plus great food!!
THe food was good, appropriately priced with good service. The view was outstanding!
My husbands prime rib was so thin and fatty. Not worth the $45. Windows had bird waste on them. For a restaurant that people to for the view you would think windows would be clean.
Outstanding food, service and view!!
Brooklyn was our server and very attentive and personable. I can’t think of the name of the young man that serves out Buffett but he was from KY and going to Auburn to be a vet. He too was personable
