Disappointed that our reservation had not transferred from Open Table to the restaurant- took some convincing for them to find us a table. Also, server didn’t ask for sizes of meals and we both ended up with large serve which was far too much!

                                                                                                              Got there for my 8pm reservation and they made us wait until 8:40 to be seated after we finally asked when were we to expect our spot. Once seated the waitress took a long time to get our orders so by the time we got our drinks and food we only had a few minutes in the beer garden because it closed at 10. We booked this venue for a birthday and when we asked about a desert we were told that nothing could be prepared for the guest of honour. I’d never return on a Saturday to this venue staff seemed overwhelmed and there was no sense of organisation.

We waited 25 minutes for our drinks and then had to prompt the staff to locate them, food order was taken incorrectly and again there was a delay in service despite you not being overly busy

We found it hard to order our drinks then when we placed the order another order of drinks was taken and we then was doubled up. The band was good but it was very very loud and was unable to catch up with our friends as conversation was very hard to hear. Would be good if the service was better and t wasn’t even a full house!
