   We went there two weeks ago for the first time. We liked it that much that we went the following week as well! Great food, service and ambience. Special shout out to Ebony and the rest of the ladies who looked after us all the while putting up with our bad jokes.

   I have been to Mummucc a couple of times in the past and absolutely loved every dish. I felt that the style was a refreshing departure from traditional Italian (which by the way is delicious) and there was a wonderful modern twist on the flavours. This time around, I was disappointed to find that the style of food has changed. Which usually is not an issue. Having said that, aside from the pasta which was outstanding, everything else, including the asparagus dish, the sausage dish and even the bread were all nothing to write home about. We had some bread and butter to start with. Usually, a nice restaurant charging this much money for bread would serve it warm perhaps alongside a disc of butter or even better, whipped butter with perhaps some herbs or special salts. Not this one - came cold with a knob of butter clearly carved out of the container and scraped onto the side of the dish it came on. The asparagus had a tempura batter on it which had separated and was accompanied by a mayonnaise which could have very well been store bought. The sausage was tasty by itself but was simply served on a bed of tomato slices and swirled on two skewers. Simple and tasty enought but well overpriced. The pasta which had pesto in the sauce and topped with pangrattato was delicious and we just couldn't get enough of it. No regrets getting that one! Overall, I left underwhelmed particularly knowing what delicious food was being dished at this joint a few years ago! The best things about the place were the nice vibe, the wine list, pasta and perhaps the fact that it's close to Monsterella which sells awesome pizzas!!!

   Food good, service average but music too loud. It seemed to be more about the staff enjoying the high level of music - rather than patrons being able to talk. Shame as it detracted from the ambiance.

   Great authentic Italian food with wonderful share plates which make it a great social event. Service is prompt and friendly with great advice given when choosing the appropriate dishes. Highly recommend.

   First time I went to mummucc it was an amazing experience. Service & food was spot on But maybe it's christmas period? Service wasn't the best unfortunately. Waitress didn't ask if we would like sparking or tap water( which we both drink sparking) she just brought tap water and left it on the table. Wine wasn't pour in the glasses. Same like the water . Left on the table. Food is great as always so no complaints. Thank you to the chefs! No interactions. Which definitely is bizarre. As we enjoy restaurants experiences as we love food. Just a constructive opinion. Thank you

    Great ambience, excellent attentive service, delicious creative food. ! Mummuc was my favourite restaurant until the change in menu, the new limited offering has no substantial meals (except gnocchi) and only one dessert. I loved this place but the new bar menu is not sufficient for a restaurant experience and regrettably I will need to go elsewhere for man sized meal options.
