   We keep ordering from Mumbai Grill for the food because customer service is pathetic. On two occasions, they have charged us for the food we never ordered. So, please check the receipt before making any payments. In both cases, it happened when we went for a dine-in. During the second incident, the store owner was there, and when I told her, she just gave me a blank stare and completely ignored me. On my last visit for a carry-out, my husband ordered through GrubHub and paid for three goat biryanis which were a total of $45. When I went to collect the food, they had given me only one goat biryani but had charged for three. The guy apologized for the mistake and said that they are ‘not used to’ getting three goat biryani orders. While leaving, I asked him that although they gave me one, they charged me for three, right? In that case, they never make a mistake, I guess! If we had complained to GrubHub, we would have been reimbursed the whole money for this restaurant’s lousy customer service! Mumbai Grill, you seriously need to check what is going wrong with your customer service because this is ridiculous!

   Introducing some family members to Indian Cuisine. Food was great, but service was very spotty. Heck there was only me other table, but it took an inordinate amount of time for our beer and wine. Will still go back without any hesitation—that’s how outstanding their kitchen is!

   We really enjoyed this restaurant! Cozy, intimate atmosphere with great food and service. Authentic Indian cuisine. Especially liked the Chicken Tikka Masala! Prices were reasonable for both the quality and quantity of food.

   Such a wonderful spot! The food was delicious and we completely enjoyed the experience! We are already planning our next visit!!

   Authentic Food and atmosphere! My wife and I had just returned from our first trip to India and found ourselves in India food withdrawal. We were pleased to find the Mumbai Grill close to us. The food was delicious and the naan especially so. We got there relatively early on a Friday night and were surprised to find only one other table at 6:30. However, a few hours later I do not think that there was an open table in the restaurant and it appeared to have a loyal Indian expat audience. We will be back to sample more of the menu. One suggestion for the restaurant is to highlight that it is no longer BYOB on its website (or perhaps we missed it).
