Visually the actual restaurant is stunning. Parking is horrible. The food also LOOKS amazing, but was very bland and tasteless. Risotto, Pesto Pizza...very bland. The salmon while cook perfectly, was again blind and the noodles were extremely tough and overcooked. The sauce that was on the dish was good but there was only a small amount on the bottom. Definitely not worth the price. We really wanted to like this place.

We had a great experience. The food and drinks were super. Our server Brandon was attentive and capable. Nice outdoor seating although we sat inside. Plenty of parking. It's tricky to get into the entrance so be prepared to circle the block the first time lol

Gnocchi was phenomenal. Decor and building are gorgeous. Recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice. Pizza was nothing to write home about but still was appetizing. Food came out hot and timely. Servers were knowledgeable and polite

Our server made my birthday dinner pretty mediocre. He wasn’t attentive and added gratuity to a party of 7 when the website states otherwise. On top of adding gratuity, he did not inform us until he was questioned by a member of our party. The ambiance was great!

Ordered Bolognese and Carbonara. Both were disappointing to say the least. Carbonara was a bowl a pasta in a cream sauce…pork was almost nonexistent. Bolognese was awful. We had pizza on a prior visit which was good

Another great experience at Mulino! We brought friends of ours to have dinner at this amazing restaurant, since it’ll be one of our last times we will be able to pop in to eat here before moving out of state. We, as recurring patrons, were of course pleased by our dinner and the ambience of the restaurant! Our friends, who are first time patrons of Mulino, were enthusiastic about their dining experience! They were suitably impressed with the location, the interior and exterior decor and ambience, the service, and most of all the amazing food! One of my friends, who accompanied us to dinner, said the crème brûlée at Mulino was the best they’ve ever had! The food here is hands-down amazing and the price is very much in line with the experience! The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly and the location itself is great! I can’t recommend Mulino enough! It is a jewel in Raleigh’s restaurant dining options!

Sadly, it was raining, so most seating was inside. We were seated at a table right next to the woman's restroom. The sound of the hand dryers was SO loud. We asked to be moved and our awesome waiter took care of that as soon as a table opened. The food was ok, but not like the first few times we were there.

Our experience here was amazing!! From the arancini, to the drinks, to the gnocchi and spinach raviolis! Everything was delicious! Our waiter Brandon was wonderful! He was informative and so friendly! Oh! How could I forgot the creme brûlée!? I literally get it every time for desert and having it for the first time at Mulino’s, by far the BEST. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy the outside!

This place was phenomenal. It was my husbands birthday and he loved the outside scenery, the environment and especially the delicious lasagna. The spinach ravioli was everything I expected. The calamari was very tasty and the bread was omg yummy! We could not leave without the cannoli’s which were rich, creamy and just perfect. You can def tell it was all authentic. It was a bit windy but overall a great experience. Looking forward to sitting in next time! 10/10!!

It was a family member’s birthday and we made the reservation 2 weeks earlier. We were a party of 10 and were given a table outside that was very tight and in the corner next to the hostess station. The food was not as good as the last time we were there. Server was great. Over all i was disappointed

We had not been to Mulino's in a while, and decided to go and celebrate a friends birthday. It was a beautiful evening and we sat outside, which was delightful! Our waiter was so helpful and accomodating. We all enjoyed our cocktails, meals and desserts. Could not have been better.

We have been to this establishment several times and always had a positive experience. This night was not up to par. We were given a wobbly table facing a storage area. While the overall venue is pretty there was no need to give us an out of the way table with a poor view. We ordered a beet salad and it was primarily just greens with a couple small pieces of beets. Previously, it has been much more generous. The server offered to bring more beets but we had already finished and our entrees were on the way. We did convey we were disappointed with salad. She said she was sorry. Perhaps they could have taken off the bill. On the way out we expressed our displeasure of our table with the manager and she thanked us for our feedback. Perhaps she could have made us feel important and offer us something or at least an assurance she would take care of next time. We do think the restaurant is a beautiful venue but did not feel well treated on this night. One last thing when the specials were explained to us it sounded like they ran out of items due to the wedding they had just had. The specials were basically how they had no potatoes and no chicken breasts. We will be back but probably not soon.

AMAZING! Food and drinks were SO good. The outdoor area was UNBELIEVABLE. Its a magical spot in Raleigh. Not to mention they are in downtown Raleigh with their own FREE parking lot. Highly recommend. Will be going back.
