Our philosophy is to keep things simple and real. Just like our mother’s cooking, each dish is freshly cooked with love and care. Home smoked and ground spices, freshly made chutneys, delicate naan breads and soothing lassis whizzed right in front of your eyes.

The menu is exotic, showcasing the traditional favorites such as tikka masala, dosas, biryani, smoky eggplant mash and slow cooked goat; street food such as samosas, bhel puri and aloo chat also make a perfect accompaniment with our drinks menu.

Excellent food! All freshly cooked and great flavours. Loved the dosa in particular. We eat a lot of Indian food and will definitely be back! Cocktails were yummy too.

A wonderful evening spent with family and friends (and an infant) eating delicious food and drinking exotic cocktails! Staff were attentive, friendly and very receptive. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Mukka, we were greeted by friendly faces and was recommended some delicious entrees to start off with. Love the vibe of the place, it was cozy and there was a buzz of excitement in the place. We had the Bhel Puri,Tibetian Momo's, Smokey Eggplant and Pea Dosa, Spicy Lamb chops and Pav Bhaji, Almost Mango Lassi - they were all delicious!! Highly recommend this place! We will be back for sure!

I had a wonderful experience dining in at Mukka. When you walk in, you can smell at least 10 different freshly-ground spices floating in the air. The staff is very friendly and they greeted me right away. The decor is very neat. Modern yet has that old Inida feel too. The back passageway to the restrooms was like a jungle and I had to stop myself from lingering too long out there! The menu is great with lots of different options. I had the most delicious meal and cant wait to go back!

Definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in Melbourne. The food is delicious and the service is amazing. The owners are really friendly and are more than happy to cater to your needs. Highly recommend this place.

Freshly prepared authentic Indian food without excessive use of ghee or cream. We ate 5 dishes and were extremely full but didn't feel bloated or tired like most of their competitors. The selection of dishes was excellent for all types of people that enjoy traditional Indian food and drinks.
