The only way I recommend M's is when I tell them plan on it taking a long time and the staff telling you a million reasons why they are so slow and behind. It's really too bad. The food is always good but the experience is lacking. We waited at the bar (which was empty) for 15 min for a drink and the bar tender told us no ice! There were at least 10 empty tables and of those 5 full of the dirty dishes from the last guests. This was this way for quite some time.

We always enjoy the food at M's. Unfortunately the service is terrible every time we go. We hadn't been in about 6 months. We tried it again hoping things had improved-but that wasn't the case. Our waitress wouldn't come back to the table after 20 minutes and us having to ask someone to get her. The Manager did come over after many issues and give us our meal for free which was very nice. I hope the staffing gets worked on.

Hey Foodie, I remember you guys specifically and once again apologize for your experience. We had a crazy evening where several people did not make reservations, so when that happens, we schedule accordingly. We also had one server and one bartender call in that evening which totally messes things up. That being said, I am sorry for your experience and I hope based on the gesture I made, you will give us another opportunity! Respectfully, Vernon Meyer, Owner
