   Took my wife for her birthday, overall amazing. Five star service, the food was amazing from start to finish and the view of Mount Rainier was the cherry on top. Highly recommend if you haven't been there. You won't be disappointed.

   Dining at Ms. Jane's is always a thoroughly wonderful experience. The environment is beautiful. Every person affiliated with Ms. Jane's is friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and genuine. They smile and chat. The food is consistent in being beautiful and tasting exceptional. An excellent dining experience.

   We went for our 50th wedding anniversary. We felt like royalty from the minute we walked in. Our server, Levi (hope I'm remember the name correctly) was funny, attentive and helpful, taking photos for us, recommending wine, and conversing with us, answering questions about the menu. Joshua Turnipseed was the Chef who personally came to our table to introduce himself and tell us stories about his family and tribal legends where many of his culinary delights were inspired. Everyone stopped by to wish us happy golden anniversary. They even personalized our menus commemorating our special day. Finally a delicious, complimentary desert. What a fabulous place! Not stuffy and impersonal like most upscale restaurants and I'd be remiss not to mention the food! Omg perfection. We had the baked salmon and rib eye with a bourbon cream sauce, a beautiful stacked salad that was bursting with unique flavors. My husband had an appetitizer of pan seared sea scallops that were so flavorful and melted in his mouth and the Chef brought the starter course to our table. I can't remember what it was called but it was a flaky little pastry with duck and a yummy sauce. It was his creation inspired by the story of how his tribe used to hunt ducks for food. I'll leave the specifics for him to tell but it was all wonderful, creative, and very special. Oh, the desert was a mint chocolate chip Gelato! Yummy.

   All around great food and service. The smoke smell😢 The food is a 10 out of 10. The service is first class.

   It was a great first time at Ms. Jane’s. We let them know we were celebrating my Mom’s birthday. They greeted her when we first entered and she was so pleasantly surprised to see her personalized menu. He staff was wonderful from the hostess, servers, and we even got a couple of visits from the chef to check on how our meals were. Excellent evening !

    This is a hidden Gem in Pierce County! The service was exceptional, personable, and some of the best I have experienced. My wife and I went there for our 40th Anniversary. We were greeted immediately, received a special menu for our anniversary, complimentary amuse bouche, and a complimentary gift and dessert. Christen was knowledgable and engaged in just the right amount of conversation. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our entrees. I had the Bison and my wife had the salmon. Both were decadent and full of flavors - and hot! We especially appreciated the history of Ms. Janes, how it was founded, and the stories that went into our food and experience. If there was one major thing that BJs/Ms. Janes needs to figure out, that is a deterrent to a perfect experience, is the amount of residual smoke from the adjacent cigar bar. It really is off-putting. We had to endure smelling cigar smoke the entire evening. Even though we tried to ignore it, and not let it affect our celebration, when we left we realized how strong it actually was. We had to come home, wash our clothes and our hair to get rid of the smell. I say this in hopes the management will seriously invest in insulation and ventilation, becuase there was absolutely nothing that the staff, chefs, and servers did that was not a 5-star review! If they can resolve this one issue, this restaurant would be in my top 5 for a fine dining experience. Thanks to the staff for helping us celebrate our big milestone in such a special way!
