   My husband loves the chicken dinner and gets it every time. My kids and I have had several things from their menu and have yet to be disappointed. The brioche buns the sandwiches come on are fresh and delicious and the biscuits and jam brought out before the meal are always great. We prefer to head out of the park and eat here than spend a fortune on mediocre food in the park. It's also nice to sit and have a break before resuming all the walking in the park. Staff is always wonderful.

   Servers were not very attentive. Even will taking our order they were not paying attention to us and we had to repeat several times. Ingredients used and preparation have changed over the years for the worse. Honestly, we could have received a better meal from KFC and paid half. Even the rhubarb and berry dishes were so so. The whole experience waa reminiscent of an elementary school cafeteria in both the sound level and food quality.

   Impressed with freshness and tenderness and flavor of my chicken and dumplings dinner with salad and corn. Not too expensive for the quality, but definitely not a budget meal. Service good. Atmosphere surprisingly generic for a historic property and business in a theme park; however, clean and pleasant. Appreciated vegan/vegetarian options.

   Personable servers, food was delish, service was quick. Only challenge was that the ladies room smelled bad. Not bodily function bad, but rather rotting odor in the drainage system bad.

    All my experiences going to Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner have been excellent. This particular visit I was not at all satisfied with our server. Instead of her checking on us I had to constantly flag her down to come to our table.

    We’ve been to this restaurant a few times when we visit the park and it has always been great. This time, not so much. The server very nice, but very rushed. I ordered a boysenberry lemon drop which I never received. I watched it sit at the bar our whole meal. I then watched our server look at it toward the end of our dinner and talk to the manager to have it taken off our bill. He never acknowledged that he forgot it, apologized or said anything about it. I would have reminded him if he would have returned to our table to ask if everything was ok with our dinner. I got the roasted chicken and it just wasn’t good. The breast was dry. My nephew got the chicken pot pie which was really good. The other got fried chicken and it was ok. Our piece of pie was given to us in a to go container which I thought was weird. Overall not a great experience and I probably won’t go back anytime soon.

    Came for the Mother’s Day brunch, not only was it so loud you couldn’t hear each other, the price was outrageous compared to the quality of the buffet. Very unimpressed for spending over $500 for our family of 6. The only upside to the brunch was our phenomenal waiter, he was very attentive to us!

    Bonnie was our waitress and her service was impeccable! She frequently checked in with us and made sure we had a great experience. We will ask for her again. Fresh biscuits and boysenberry mimosas were the highlight!

    Had a 1:30pm reservation for Mothers Day Brunch, which ended at 3pm. Very disappointed that some items were already out, and then not replaced. We paid the same $72+ for our brunch as others who came first thing in the morning, should not have had to deal with “sold out” items. Service was “okay” at best; mimosas were easy to get, and served consistently, but it was a long wait for water, punch or any other beverage. Since only 1 of the 4 of us drank alcohol, this was frustrating. It was also incredibly loud in the restaurant, including a table with diners who had far too many mimosas and were occupying a majority of the servers time. We waited over 20 minutes for requested biscuits, and never did get the refill we requested. The prime rib was “out” for the first 45 minutes we were there, and many of the desserts looked as if they were there since the morning, while other trays were empty. And despite advertising waffles, there were none. Giving each mom a carnation at the door simply didn’t make this buffet worth the cost!

    Love stopping by when I can. Noise level is on the high side so it can be difficult to have a conversation. But I do like to stop in for dinner every couple of months. Definitely would recommend eating at Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner.

    My cousin and I selected Mrs. Knott's Restaurant for our annual lunch get together largely because of the tie to our childhood memories of eating there. We were greeted and seated soon after arriving for our early lunch reservation. I was somewhat disappointed that the area we were seated in was only "functional," but with no "charm." Nothing more than tables and chairs in a room. Our server was prompt , very attentive and accommodating, from beginning to end. We both had the chicken tenders lunch. The meal was fine, not exceptional, although generous enough. We were served six biscuits for two of us which I looked forward to eating, bread lover that I am. However, I was again disappointed as they had an odd flavor, not really tasting like biscuits much at all. I wish I could be more generous with my comments. Our server (I think his name was Anthony) was the most outstanding part of the meal. I would not NOT recommend Mrs. Knott's, just not highly.
