   Ordered food, my Wife's steak(ordered medium rare)was medium to well done. I mentioned to server, she apologized, offered to get a new one cooked. My wife declined deciding to eat what was brought as we were hungry after a long drive. Later, when the bill was brought by the server she said the Manager had taken the cost of my Wife's meal off. Very surprised to say the least. We still tipped our server well.

   Servers were very overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up. Orders were very slow, food was finally served but it was cold and even though we had a reservation, ended up being late for a concert. Disappointing experience. Waste of money tonight!

   We normally have good to great experiences at Mr. Mikes - NOT this visit. I made a reservation because we had a couple larger people and Gramma (with her walker) and didn't want any surprises. Well, we were sat at 2 small tables (put together) along a wall - we were jammed into a small space and barely any room for Gramma's walker. Also, we were attending a Play afterwards so we gave ourselves 1.5 hrs (just in case) - good thing as it took 45 minutes to get our food! The waiter dodged our glances instead of acknowledging the issue. Not impressed at all with this visit.

   Despite having a reservation we waited 20 minutes for a suitable table ( we had requested a standard table, not a high top). We then waited 40 minutes after placing our order for the food to arrive and there was an error in the children’s meals. No one checked back with the table after the food arrived. By the time we were ready to leave the restaurant was quiet- many empty tables around us. We had our coats on and standing next to the table and still had to request our bill - they were lucky that we did not walk out without paying. We were in the restaurant 1 hour and 35 minutes for two kids meals and a simple steak dinner.

   It was a very busy night as there were events happening near by. The servers were doing their best but it took a very long time to get our food. Thanks

   Mr Mikes steaks and salads are very good! Caesars are also well mixed.

   Nice people/servers and nice atmosphere. Service was slow, and we felt forgotten during our time at Mikes. Also, some of the portions were small, and we left not feeling the value was good. Our experience at Cactus Club was much better.

   Food was good and service was good. They were busy so we didn't get exceptional service but was adequate. I don't go out often and can't believe how much meals cost these days
