We ordered the most expensive steak on the menu — the ribeye — and unfortunately, it was extremely tough and rubbery for both of us. We let the waitress know, and while she was very kind and offered to replace it, we didn’t have time to wait for another meal. For a ribeye, this was by far the worst we’ve ever had. It was our first time dining here, and sadly, based on this experience, we don’t think we’ll be returning. We always try to support local businesses, but this was a really disappointing experience

I could have given higher ratings if not for the plating. Scrap the prison trays for ribs ( or anything else that is served that way) , that and the paper liner are very unappetising. I am told this is a corporate choice - bad choice. Trays are unstable, tend to swing around while trying to pick up food with a fork - almost had the dirty knife in my lap. After only a few cuts of the ribs the paper liner started to shred - not appealing. Much classier to have a normal plate.

Honestly this used to be one of our favourite places to eat. Seems like it is going down hill. We have notice a lot of staff turnover. Our food tonight was just ok. Usually we are very happy with our meals.

We were there to celebrate a birthday. I was surprised that we were charged for the desert as most restaurants will give that do you for free.

Great service! Busy place. Unfortunately, meal ordered was not available and replacement was ok but nothing special. Poke bowl was just ok, lacked flavour. Would go back again.

My husband had the 7oz sirloin with shrimp and scallops, very good! I had shrimp tacos and salad also very good! We had a free dessert for his Birthday which was very nice and also very good!

Our server Sarah was exceptional! Sarah was efficient, professional and made sure our drinks were refilled! Food was out in a timely manner and great!
