Steak was tough and over cooked, nobody seemed to care.
3 if us didn't even eat half our steaks because it was that bad.
Even the steak bites were well cooked and must've been sitting before being served.
Awesome service from Shanda/ Chandra !!! Great food
The appetizer and kids meal were decent, my husband and I shared a main and it took 45 minutes to come, once it did the steak was charred to much and tough to chew. Service was slow, but friendly.
Our server was awesome, the food wait time was quite long though.
Excellent service! The food was very good, a couple of the meals were unusually small portions compared to what we're used to at Mr. Mikes.
The service was excellent, food delicious (the best bruschetta I’ve had in ages, steak Oscar was perfect, and great cheesecake). If you have kids, or just looking for a reasonably priced, high quality, and delicious meal — this is the place to visit!

Anniversary Dinner...friendly atmosphere, outstanding service and the food was amazing. (Server Blake...the ice cream for the Junk Bowl made it home to Sylvan, without melting lol). Mr. Mike’s will be our once- a- week, dinner out establishment of choice!

Had a lovely West Coast Salad. It was very fresh and delicious. We felt very comfortable dining in at Mr. Mike's. We felt they were following protocols and it was a very nice experience. We were not rushed at all. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mike's!!

Food was good, service was quick however, we never got asked for drink refills. What we got for drinks at the beginning was all we got. Too bad as we would have spent more.
It was easy to reserve online, everyone was spaced out well. Everything was sanitized and lots of dividers. It was nice that we didn't feel rushed out the door. I am dieting so asked for a bunless buger. 2 servers made sure to check for allergies when they saw the order. I do not have any but thought the attentiveness was great.

The new theme is ok. We are long term customers and the west coast theme was better. The service from Wayne the manager and Becah our server was unreal! The food was good except for the beef dip. Little to no beef and tasteless aujus. Beef dip is our go to at other mikes locations but they can't seem to get it right here .... the house beer is our favorite and it did not disappoint. We will be back as always but hopefully I can eat my dinner next time.

One of the burgers was so overcooked it had to be sent back. Both steaks were overdone but waited so long we ate them to continue on with the evening. Shrimp was also cold on the plate.

Best meal i've had in a very long time, all four of us commented on how good our meals were, polite speedy service, not rushed at all. Able to sit and visit after our meal was a definite bonus as well. Will most definitely be returning for another round of great food and awesome service. Thank you

The food and drinks were great and the service was outstanding. (They only missed the candle on my free dessert for my birthday. Lol)
The food was great or server not so much the other servers that took or empty dishes were great.
Was okay. They’ve been better. Little slow. Food portions seem to be getting smaller while the price is getting bigger, so that was disappointing. Won’t go as much as we use to. Their medium for a steak is more like medium rare. Waitress was very nice, just delivery of items seemed really slow. Waited 15 mins for a glass of water and restaurant wasn’t busy?
It was my birthday and our server brought me a dessert, on the house.
First dining experience in a restaurant since the pandemic, great to see all staff with masks. Didn't pay attention when tables were sanitized as we were busy chatting amongst ourselves.

Service was friendly, and quick. With covid going on, it was a moderate atmosphere. Food was great, and was nice when server recommend things, we weren't disappointed.
