   It was just lunch so nothing exciting like when I have dinner there, that always kicks it up to exceptional. Jordon was awesome!

   Normally have a good experience at Mr Mikes, but this time the service was lacking. Once orders were taken we didn’t see the server again. Drinks weren’t offered to be refilled though we saw her offering this to other tables. Dishes were not cleared. Was not told they charged $7 mocktail fee for a drink normally found on tap with pop. We called the restaurant to inquire and was told we were incorrectly charged and a manager would follow up. Instead got a call from the server telling us the other employee was wrong.

   We got to our table right on time for our reservation, the server was great and the food was great!

   We made a reservation to avoid having to wait for a table. When we arrived for our reservation we were told it would be a bit. When asked how long I was told 15 or so minutes and when questioned as to why I would wait when I made a reservation, I was told that sometimes people take longer to leave. I realize 20 or so minutes may not seem long but I made the reservation to avoid the wait. I worked in the service industry for 15+ years. We always made sure there were tables for the reservations. The 2 things that made the experience good was the food and the service. Our server was spectacular!

   Quality has really gone downhill after manager change. One of our meals had to remade 3 times. Very disappointing, used to be our favorite restaurant.

   Food was great. Was disappointed that they had no Pinot Grigio or Fang IPA. Out of both.

   We were disappointed with the menu changes since we were last in. The lodge chips were a reason to go to Mr. Mikes but they have been discontinued. Also the coleslaw was just average. I would have preferred a side of vegetables but that wasn’t offered. We were seated promptly and the food and drinks arrived in a timely manner even though it was busy.

   Date night. Unfortunately 45 mins for main course to arrive. Asked for med rare steak..it was well done and tough meat. Waitress was nice and ok but inexperienced , lacked front of house manager. I did get a free dessert which was nice but still took 40 additional mins. Certainly not our normal experience there. Would not recommended going on Fri or Saturday evening. Ps we were booked in advance and had to wait an additional ten mins to be seated, might not sound much but we had babysitter.

    Once again we enjoyed an amazing meal and great service from Olivia. Steaks were perfect too! If I had one complaint it would be the bean in my caesar. Very tough and not very edible. Mikes in PG is consistently our favourite place to eat and have a drink.
