   I went with my celiac daughter who order the steak off the kids menu - pretty much her only option. This is our second time at a Mr. Mike's and our experience was the same both times (different locations) - disappointing. The kids steak was very grisly and we left 1/3 of it on the plate. I'm not sure if the kids steak is a lower quality steak, but she was disappointed and left not fully satisfied with her meal.

   I walked in and basically got told my online reservation was not going to be honored. After waiting for 30 minutes and seeing open tables, I walked out. When someone makes a reservation, it should be honored or your system is not working. I found this very disrespectful and time waster for me.

   Our team made 5 reservations through Open Table. When we got to the restaurant the staff would not honour them. And the staff was upset we used open table.

   As usual, the food and service was impeccable. The staff went out of their way to make my husband's birthday, a special day. Many thanks to Thomas, Julia, and all the rest of the staff. You're the best!

   Had a great valentines day with my husband and had the best beef dip in town. The steak was amazing as well. And the waitress we had was attentive and helped to make our dinner enjoyable

   The entire dinner experience was excellent from walking in the door and being seated by a sweet young girl, very polite and bubbly. Then we had Jen for our server, she’s friendly, knowledgeable and is always a pleasure to have. Excellent dinner, hot food and very flavourful! Thank you to the Merritt Mr Mikes for always being on point!

   Good food, nice atmosphere. Service was initially slow due to inter-staff communication but once that hurdle was over it was all good.
