Our server Sean was incredible! The first drink my girlfriend ordered was not her favorite so Sean asked her to explain her palate, and he created a unique drink that she really loved. His recommendations for Japanese whisky were fantastic! The beef tartar appetizer was a great lead-in into the House and Baller Omakase. A bit overkill for just the two of us but we were celebrating and enjoyed every bit. The seven sauces and kimchi complemented each protein wonderfully. Followed by a light that completed a perfect meal. Highly recommend! Ben has created a caring and attentive staff that will have you coming back again.

Introduced our out of town daughter and son-in-law to one of Tulsa’s finest eating experiences, and through Hosea (our server) Mr Kim’s did not disappoint. Having lived in S Korea for almost 5 years, Mr Kim’s provides an authentic representation of a Korean grill. Only suggestion I would make is for the beefs to be well marinated before being brought to the table. Some of the cuts were a bit too sinewy for my taste, and think spending some more time in a marinade would help. Also, broad leaf red lettuce and raw garlic would make perfect compliments to the grilling experience (but that’s just a personal preference). Fantastic evening, with first-class service - kudos to all.

The food was amazing. Everything was spiced very nicely and we enjoyed new flavors we had not tried before. We really thought the entire experience, from start to finish, was top-notch. We enjoyed grilling the food, which made it more of an experience and not just a meal. I had the Prix fixe as we dined at 5:30. It was plenty for me. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and he had the Steak Tartare and the House Omakase. He felt like that was also very filling. He had the No Ordinary Shrub for his cocktail- and had a second. It was very tasty and not overly sweet. I had the Lost Coz, which I enjoyed. I am honestly looking forward to going back!

We visited Mr. Kim’s for Mother’s Day, and the service was outstanding. Our server was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to my son’s multiple food allergies (beef, wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs). She made sure he had safe options, double-checked everything, and gave us real peace of mind. Great food, even better care. Highly recommend!

We had a great time but we were a little disappointed, sadly. We ordered both of the wagyu meats a la carte and the grand cattle variant was extremely tough, I even had to spit it out because I couldn’t chew it enough. The A5 was perfect and melted in your mouth. Other than that, we had a great time and our server was awesome. Of the several times we’ve come in this was our first time experiencing tough meat here, or really anything that was sub par. My husband who doesn’t really ever complain about food even said it was tough for him to chew, but of course he ate it. A couple friends of ours were there the same night for an anniversary dinner and had the same experience with the grand cattle meat as well. Maybe the cuts of meat were marked incorrectly?
