Overpriced for the quality of the food. Ina my other country you can eat in a Chinese buffet for 20 dollars and even there the quality will be better. Our server was very good though! Can’t remember his name, just that he was Serbian.
Muy buena pero nos hicieron esperar mucho para la mesa
I went many times in the past but unfortuantely i have to notice a decrease of the quality of the food, service also very nervous and approximate , also i order the Dressed Live Dungenes Crab , is just a crab shell full of scrambled eggs but no crab at all inside ... I pointed out my disappointment that it was not taken into consideration, i’m It is a shame to see a restaurant that I have always considered of a good standard to lose quality and service...
The overall experience at Mr. Chow is great. The food is excellent. We had the dumplings which were great along with the Dungeonous Crab, And the Mr. Chow noodles. The duck was very good as well and had a nice crisp. The ambiance is very good as well. It's beautifully decorated. The food is a bit overpriced but there is a bit of the ambiance and scene you are going to pay up for with a swanky place like this.
At least $100 per person and the food was just OK. Very underwhelmed with the experience.
Great service! This is a high end Chinese food restaurant. Food was great!
Overpriced and awful food. Don’t be suckered in by the pretty flowers and hordes of waiters. This is not fine dining. They should be ashamed of themselves. Go to Hakkasan for high-end Asian food in pretty surroundings. This was our second time having a terrible experience there and I regret giving them a second chance.
Incredible experience, exceptional level of service !,
Creative food dishes, Great vibe scene.
Nothing made sense. From the lack of an online menu to the fact that we never saw the printed one until 20 minutes after being seated. The special noodles had a weird quasi Italian sauce. Really bad taste. The “classic” chicken satay was not...it was made with a bizarre orange colored buttery sauce. The price was obscene. What gives with this place???
Tavolo piuttosto puntuale senza lunghe attese. In generale salvo qualche perdonabile sbavatura è filato tutto liscio
MR CHOW is by far my favorite restaurant in Miami Beach. They never let me down and always impress me and most important they make my guests feel so welcome. Service is impeccable and the food is outstanding. There is always something to see and the crowd is such a an array of anything and everything making it even more fun and energetic. There is so much energy but you can still have conversation at your table which makes it the perfect environment to be in the midst of.
Probably the worst food I have ever had. Very disappointed in the name Mr chow. Service was good, but food was terrible. No flavor.
Awesome New Years Day Dinner! Great environment, food, and scene!
Mr. Chow went Mr. Chow. Nothing more, nothing less. Exactly as promised.
Waited an hour and 20 minutes for a reservation for 2. Hostesses are clueless and prioritize Instagram models who spend no money. Heads up the manager - you are leaving a lot of money on the table - many customers with reservations left because the hostesses are completely useless and take forever to seat people. All 3 could barley speak English and just walked around looking for people they never find. This place is a joke.
They do not respect reservation time, took 1 hour to get us a table even letting them know that we had a pregnant woman with us
Had possible the worst meal that I've ever had. Started badly when we were put in an overflow room devoid of any atmosphere where there simple wasn't enough staff. The ones that were there tried hard but there simply wasn't enough of them. Overall food that was served was terrible. Had to send some dishes back and we didn't receive two dishes. Horrible experience, terrible value, not what we expected knowing the London restaurant.
Food was good. Service good but slow. Pricey but great scene..
We had a great time and would definitely go back again.
Great service and amazing food!
Terrible experience. The hostess area was crowded with people waiting for their tables, everyone was frustrated. We waited almost 90 minutes passed our reservation time for our table to be “available” and at that point we just left and went somewhere else.
The restaurant seems to be unable to manage and honour their reservations.
It was too crowded and service , food was bad
Made reservations for 830pm. Waited for a very long time while the woman working the desk was rude and unhelpful.
They way overbooked the restaurant and left us standing around.
Food went down the hill since this place opened !
The food was a joke. The Mr Chow famous noodles are the Italian bolognese spaghetti bad cooked.
The crab was horrible and the chicken a normal chicken. The price is not justified. The wines have astronomic costs for no reason, as you can find the same wines for half price in other restaurants. I don’t understand why this place is famous. Honestly, I felt teased.
The food was tasteless for the insane price they charge. Service was quick but felt very in your face and rushed
Food was amazing, noises from people speaking loudly.
Also, we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, even though we arrived before our reservation.
Didn’t event get seated - staffing and service is a mess
Overpriced. Food is not that good at all. Too packed too noisy too scene. Overall a very bad experience 300$ a couple and I went out super hungry.
The experience was not good. They didn’t honor the reservation. Over 75 minutes late so we left. I understand that it’s high season, but don’t over book. Honestly may not go back ever.
It was way too crowded and extremely unorganized. They overbooked the restaurant for Christmas Day dinner and everyone had to wait over an hour for a table.
This was extremely disappointing. Have been customers for 30 years. They overbooked and didn't provide any apologies
It’s the second time that I make a reservation through open table for Mr Chow and when I arrive at the restaurant it’s a zoo, the waiting for a table was more than an hour. This is ridiculous and a disrespect to the opentable users
Small portions big prices, bad food
They double booked. Had to tip a captain $50 45 minutes after reservation time to get seated. Rude and couldn’t have cared less about their patrons. Have had Over 500 meals at chows in Beverly Hills over last 35 years. It’s great but these guys had total disregard fir customers and food was horrible. You should consider dropping them from open table. Bad for you guys to be dragged down by them!
Steamed veggie dumplings were underwhelming and came
with no sauce.
No place to go for dinner for one if you’re looking for good Chinese. Only good for big groups, family-style and if someone else is flipping the bill!
But otherwise consistent with NY and what you’d expect.
Noises!!!! Noises!!!! Terrible acoustics! Very very expensive, most expensive Chinese ever! But very good. IMO shrimp dishes were best.
Reservations are irrelevant at this restaurant. When we arrived it was beyond out of control and the hostesses were extremely rude. We had an 8:30 reservation and were told to wait at the bar. I asked how long until we would be seated and was told at least 30 minutes. I said what is the outside time, could it be longer than an hour and was told it could be. So in a nutshell open table is irrelevant for this place. Reservations mean nothing.
The food was really poor quality and the service was rushed. Feels like a cheap Chinese dinner until you get the bill. Very sorry we went tgere
Overall it is good. Food is ok but not outstanding as I expected.
