Call the restaurant for details.
Great service. Loved the dumplings.
I have been going to Mr. Chows restaurants all over the country for over 30 years. They are all excellent, but the staff @ the BH location is outstanding! The food is creative and consistantly fabulous.
Horrible. Food had no taste. I think people go because of popularity not the food
The food was terrible!!! Lacking in flavor and of a strange texture. Portions were ridiculously small and extremely expensive considering the size and quality. This restaurant has slid down hill at an amazing rate.
LOVEEEEEEE THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE! A little disappointed with valet since my Nordstrom shopping bag was stolen. Also doorman didn’t take a group photo of me and my sister at the front door. Other than that food is amazing will go back and park on the street.
Dinner with my son
While visiting Beverly Hills Mr. Chow was recommended to us a good spot for dinner by someone we met at our hotel pool. We knew nothing about it going in. It was amazing! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and comfortable. All of the wait staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Our server asked if he could recommend a meal for us so after giving him our food restrictions we left it in his hands! WOW WOW WOW is all we can say. The food was absolutely delicious and knowing that the food met with our diet restrictions took all the guessing out of things for us. We will definitely return and will also recommend it to any friends visiting the area.
Always great food and fun
OVER PRICRD! Food was just ok🤯
Not worth what I paid!!! Portions were small also.
Everything from the service to the food was overrated and underwhelming
Amazing! The servers make you feel so special! The food is so good! I don't make a trip to LA without a trip here for dinner! It gets better every time!
The food was wonderful. It is always delicious! The service was exceptional! We had a great time.
Fabulous from start to finish! Loved letting the Mr Chow team make our meal selections. Every dish was delicious!! Look forward to returning again soon.
Another great experience. The pot stickers are best in town. Beef and oyster sauce beats any in town. And the best bartender in l a/BEVERLY hills.
2 for a very early dinner after a performance at The Wallis Annenberg.. Seated very promptly, as we were the first to arrive on a Saturday night. Love the Champagne cart and the crispy Peking type duck...the sea bass was sublime..a most enjoyable and tasty repast...
Tasteless, overpriced and over rated don’t understand why people recommend this place
Fantastic food and service!!!
The food was bland including the Mr. Chow noodles. The spare ribs were terribly over cooked. The velvet chicken was a strange texture and lacked flavor. One of the worst meals I have ever had.
Dinner w family on vacation to LA
Always an amazing experience at Mr Chow. This is our favorite place... one of our top 5!
Over priced food and drinks. Basically sitting on top of each other.
We booked this restaurant as we were told Mr Chow is the place to eat and enjoy the atmosphere and amazing food
What an overrated restaurant this was.
Where do I begin?
It appeared that whatever we ordered came out a bright orange color. Obviously artificially colored. Chicken, the speciality noodle and the. Satay chicken. The satay sauce was a creamy coloring and tasteless. When I asked why there was no flavor the waiter explained that they use cream in the peanut satay sauce. Having eaten satay around the world, I have to say that cream isn’t the main ingredient and peanuts are not cream.
Then we ordered the crispy beef. Problem was that the crispy beef wasn’t really beef. We actually tried to find the beef but couldn’t. It was all batter ( which I appreciate is the ingredient of the dish) and then when we asked the waiter where the beef was, he said that they only use a sliver of beef and they cover it with corn starch hence the reason the beef is white and not dark
I could go on and on. Presentation was at best 3 star because they serve the meals on a small platter. No garnishing and no imagination.
We were disappointed with all parts of the meal and no wonder. We paid USD $200 plus a 20% tip because we couldn’t fault the waiter.
We will certainly be giving this restaurant a miss in the future
Panda Express has better Chinese Food. For $300 for 2 people, definitely not worth it.
The customer service was outstanding. The minute you walk in you are greeted by everyone. They make you feel special there.
Love this place!!!
The food is very Bland under seasons and boring. Overpriced just because it's in Beverly Hills. Yes this place is a Staples Beverly Hills but it also looks like it hasn't been updated in 40 years. It's sad when the side dish, broccoli, has more flavor than their Mr chow noodles or crab. Very underwhelming, expected way better. First time there and def last time. Crustacean is light years better.
Food was not what we expected. Presentation was standard and there was nothing in particular that would make me return. However, I do have to say that the service was great.
Delicious food as usual.
The tables are too close there is approximately 1/2” between tables. The restaurant was half full and they sat 2 parties next to us who asked to be moved. My guest had to use the ladies room but held off from going because the table had to be pulled out completely in order for her to exit.
The cocktails were tasty but the food lacked in flavor.
The steamed sea bass tasted a little bit fishy and the beef cubes ( My husband ordered), and he disliked it... but the dumplings were amazing!
It was great
Amazing food!! Awesome staff!
Tables where we sat were so tight that if you try to sit comfortable you end up touching your neighbor. Place is so loud you can barely hear your partner speaking. In order to go to the restroom the waiter has to move the table as there is no room between each table (Tetris). Bloody Mary was watery, food was mediocre and way over priced.
Filet mignon was sliced with red jelly sauce and served cold (I guess it’s the house special but still.. cold filet mignon!?).
3 appetizers, 2 main courses (filet mignon and sea bass), 1 Bloody Mary, 1 glass of white wine, 1 dessert = $250.
Too much for the quality of the food and the ambiance.
Strongly recommend not to go.
Went to Mr Chows for my 40th Birthday. And it was amazing!
The host and waiters were really friendly and we had a really good laugh throughout the night. They even gave us some help with where to continue drinking into the night.
The food was fantastic, especially the Satay Chicken. Only negative was that there wasn’t enough of it... 4 big Uk lads can eat!!
The price was reasonable too considering it was Beverly Hills.
At the end the waiters bought out a piece of birthday cake for me and sung ‘Happy Birthday’ which was really nice and finished off the night nicely.
Overall it was a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to go back.
We had a very good food. Out waiter Tony did a excellent job!
See you on my next trip to Los Angeles 👍🏽
Outstanding food and service. Crispy Beef is amazing. One note: Don’t do a 2pm reservation as we did. They close at 3pm, so the meal was a bit fast and the valet closes too (so we couldn’t take a walk after lunch)
First timer and I can say I would go back. Service was a bit rocky at first and the bartender in the front didn't know what a Bee's Knees cocktail was but once we were seated the service was outstanding. Food was delicious, a lot, but delicious.
Always Fabulous Food in a Stunning Setting...congratulations Michael...now eep it going!!!
Always a great late night dinner. Mr. Chow delivers consistent good food and great service.
I had the best time for my niece Staceys Birthday. The female host that greeted us remembered me from the phone calls I made prior to our reservation. Our 3 waiters Ilando, Antonio and James were literally the funniest sweetest but most professional guys ever. So helpful especially Antonio who noticed when we were ordering the same things twice and suggested we try some new options which we loved. Thank you all for a lovely evening!
