   I booked at table for 3:45 and paid extra for balloons and pic n mix. When we got there the table reservation said 12:45, there were 5 single balloons (which cost me £5) placed on a ledge behind the seats which looked like they had been left over from a hen party and not put there to celebrate an occasion and we didn’t get the pic n mix. The gentleman at the bar was very friendly but as I couldn’t get and phone signal upstairs and they didn’t have WiFi, I was unable to show that the correct time of my booking and the extras I had paid for. Very disappointed.

   We were a group of 5. It took 45 minutes for 3 lemonades and two teas to arrive. We ordered 4 jacket potatoes, which didn't arrive after waiting 2 hours! So we gkt a refund and left. Really disappointing as we booked this week's in advance, and we didn't even get to have lunch together. Everyone was leaving and doing the same - one couple waited 1 hour for 2 toasties! When we asked about the food, we kept being told it was on its way, and it never was! They also didn't have enough forks for the table, so one of us was given a spoon to eat our jacket potato with! We left hungry, and we all didn't have time to grab lunch due to other responsibilities. We spoke to the manager who didn't even offer an apology! The worst dining experience any of us has ever experienced! We were wondering if they were growing the potatoes as it took so long!!

   Had a fabulous time celebrating a friends surprise 40th birthday brunch in the flamingo room! Luke who was our Batman was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was lovely although was expecting them to be on plates rather than in boxes, good for taking away doggie bags afterwards though!

   Unfortunately there was nothing gluten free for one of my guests so she dipped out sadly and it ruined the overall mood. I did email the day before and granted that is quite short notice, but it was early and I expected an email back and perhaps I could have pre warned my guest or something. But I got no reply and still haven’t a week on.

   We had a brilliant time. Did the bottomless brunch, staff were really friendly and attentive, amazing at keeping the drinks topped up too! Really lovely experience, would defo go again

   Great service, great table decorations and it was ready for when we arrived. Drinks were great and a good price. All staff were polite and accommodating. Great for a party/event of any kind!

   We had an amazing day at Mr. Cambray's. I arrange this as part of our ladies day out. They did not disappoint. will defiantly come back for their afternoon tea another time. Already in my diary for 2025. Thank you.

   I booked a mother's day picnic bench for me and my mum and also added a £15 bunch of flowers. The food was not as described on the initial booking and looked like kids birthday party food. The bunch of flowers were at most a £5 bunch of tulips! The service was good and I got my money back for the flowers. I would not recommend coming here for a picnic bench at all. Ruined mother's day for us.

    Beautiful interior, everything looked pretty, we went for a picnic bench £20 and £12.59 I wouldn’t say the food was worth it at all, not much there and what what little was on there looked so store brought, even the sprinkling of stale popcorn.
