Service was pretty poor. It was not busy but the server disappeared for a while and we couldn’t find someone to get our bills for more than 20min. The server also did not help us celebrate our birthday in any way, even though it was mentioned in the reservation and we were hoping to do something special.

Amazing service! Exceptional food! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. My server was Kwadjo. Not only was he interaction and efficient, but he also served proactively! I wish the vast majority of servers could mirror the same level of effort and enthusiasm that Kwadjo had. Our drinks came in record time (less than 5 mins of ordering) our appetizers came within 10-15 mins after. I appreciate the fact that Kwadjo and the kitchen spaced out the delivery of courses so that we could have enough time to eat and appreciate each course. I hope other customers get to experience this kind of exceptional service! Thank you Kwadjo! And thank you Moxies!

Server was nice and food was fine. They did not acknowledge or action my one special request noted on Open Table - celebrating our anniversary. Disappointed in this lack of attention to detail. We will take our celebrations elsewhere going forward.

I was disappointed with the experience. The food was average and music was too loud. It was annoying that there was a fly buzzing around while we were trying to eat.

NEVER AGAIN.... for family or business. We made reservations for a birthday but had a nut allergy restriction. We called to book weeks in advance and asked about options and service for guests with allergies. We were assured we'd be 100% fine as they cater to allergies all the time... only to get there and be told that barely anything on the menu was available to our guest with an allergy. Not to mention, we were sitting FOREVER waiting for our food and not even a drink came out... not even water! The worst part is, the establishment wasn't exceptionally busy either. Eventually the manager came out, for what seemed like a formality, with a prescribed "speech" that didn't actually offer us any options outside of "not sure what else I can do for you." This should have been communicated when we did our due diligence to call & ask beforehand. We decided to leave and asked for our bday cake that was in the fridge. The manager brought it and she literally dropped our custom cake on the table. She was petty, rude, childishly incompetent, and unprofessional. It wasn't even worth remembering he name. Our server was lovely though. Anyway, right then & there we called Pickle Barrel - YD and they said they'd host us, allergies and all. They were fantastic! We were a part of 10.

Our service was a bit slow. Server was interactive when she came by our table but she might have been managing several tables. A supervisor popped by and said there was a rush when we got in. One of the things I love is transparency, so if our server had informed us that we just had a rush in the past 20 minutes but I will work hard to push through your meals. Anyways there were only two three tables occupied in our section, so I doubt that statement. Anyways, the food was great, my family who were visiting had a great time! Ambience was great. Music and noise level was acceptable.

I’m honestly disappointed in this Moxies location, the waitress was horrible at her job. She first came to us and asked us if we wanted drinks then told us “be right back” but was gone a VERY LONG awhile, she came back with water and said “be right back” again even though we were ready to order and we waited a very long time for her to take our order. She didn’t bring me a knife for my steak, I had to get up to ask someone for it and waited awhile before anyone noticed me. The chips were extremely stale, the second batch they brought was just as stale despite her saying it’s “fresh”, it was hard to chew. The waitress then came to collect our dirty plates but decided to leave it and abandon it at the table next to us. It was a horrible experience - she was very unprofessional at her job and may need further training, I’d never go back there. I’d recommend going to other locations.
