   The restaurant was extremely busy, but Ellie was a fantastic server. I always recommend the Scottish Salmon.

   Need to hire more staff. Bartender has to double time to meet the load. Doesn’t look easy. Albeit, nice place.

   Service was absolutely terrible. Our server had forgotten our straws, drinks, never rang in our appetizer, didn’t give everyone silverware from the start, and then proceeded to ASK US if we wanted to tip 20%, 22%, or 25% without handing us the machine or letting us choose anything else. I’ve been here before and have never seen that done before and will not be returning.

   Yesterday we were in Southlake and saw the inviting patio so thought we would try theMoxies in Plano today. The service was great from the time we walked in until we left. The food was ehh, I had the steak salad and my husband had thechickem sandwich. To drink I had water and he a sangria. He enjoyed his sangria and the sandwich, the fries had not been salted. I would like to try the Moxies on Southlake to see if the food has better flavoring.

   We waited for 72 minutes for a kids burger and a Calamari appetizer... The calamari was cold and the burger was so burned that my 3 year old daughter wouldn’t eat, even after complaining the whole time about being hungry. 5 minutes after the appetizer came out our entrees arrived, they were what we expected. Our server let us know that a large party had the kitchen backed up about 30 minutes into our wait, but didn’t really check in otherwise. The fact they got so behind on Easter, a day you know you have to deal with large parties is unacceptable, and we really can’t see going back anytime soon.

   Not sure if it was an off day because it was Easter and they weren’t expecting it to be busy? But I don’t think we will be back. Our server was so sweet but that was really the only good thing I’d say about it. Ordered part of our food (for the kids) and sat there for an hour and still hadn’t gotten it. Decided to leave and go to Firebirds down the road.

    Everything was slow - from our table not being ready, service at the bar, getting a check at the bar when we were ready to go to a table…then lunch took 2 hours with maybe 15 minutes to eat our meals. Drinks were slow. Water or coffee refills had to be second and third requested. Food order was wrong. The table next to us never got their food. It was a holiday but seems like they must have also been very short staffed in the bar and kitchen.
