Moxie's Grill & Bar - West Georgia
Just down the street from Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain Station, Moxie’s is conveniently located on the corner of West Georgia and Cambie Street. We are in the base of Sandman Hotel Vancouver City Centre, right beside Shark Club Sports Bar Grill. Whether you're in the area for a concert or hockey game in one of Vancouver's famed tourist destinations BC Place Stadium or Rogers Arena, we hope you'll come in for any of our great Daily Drink Features.
We enjoyed our dinner and the service was very good.

We were immediately seated. Thank you. The server Kaitlyn/Katherine? was as sweet as could be, attentive, interested in us and helpful! The food as always was delicious! We have already booked a reservation for dinner prior to the QUEEN concert in July!

I’ve been to Moxies many times but this time was not a good experience. First, the noise level was intolerable. You need to install acoustic tiles or some form of sound dampening. Second, the waitress did not provide good service. When I asked how hot the beef Vindaloo was, she said it was mild. In fact, it was extremely hot. When I complained, the waitress did not offer to substitute a meal. She appeared to not really care. Our waitress, Tiffany, seemed to care more about looking and acting cute rather than being attentive to the customer. Thirdly, the back ribs were dry and not very tasty. I’m afraid Moxies will be off my list for awhile.

The frozen vodka and soda was to die for! That's what happens when you use Tito's as your 'house vodka'. Well done!
Service was excellent. We come before the ballet and the restaurant is so convenient and very cozy as we like a large booth. I was very specific about my order as I do not eat bacon or cheese on my chicken burger and the waiter was very good and ensured me that he would take care of this which he did. Very pleasant server - I did not get his name.

I ordered salt and pepper wings, but they seemed only breaded, no pepper flavour at all! Waiter brought wrong beers, but did replace them, no question. Very busy as it was a concert night, but we still really enjoyed it. Staff was great, most of the food was awesome.

Very good. It was hockey not gut so very busy and noisy. We were in the extra room which was very warm.

For being very busy, service was good.
They forgot to bring our extra prawns and mushrooms but we're very apologetic.
Desert was on the house and delicious!
Like the cozy atmosphere and that it is so close to Queen Elizabeth theatre.

Over priced and poor atmosphere. It was practically empty... maybe 2 other tables, yet the waitress never came by, never refilled our drinks, and messed up the bills. If you're looking for a big restaurant, just go to Cactus, Earls, or Joeys.

My steak was not very good, my only real complaint, my husbands dinner arrived incorrectly but was quickly fixed, service was excellent

There was an event going on in a room beside our table with lots of noise and the party people coming and going - so we asked to be moved. I specifically asked for no bacon in my burger and it came with bacon. They comped my drink in lieu of the bacon. Food was lukewarm and soggy. Won't be going back to Moxies any time soon. Went elsewhere for a coffee.

Our visit was very pleasant, food and service were good, my only complaint would be that the music is too loud and we could not carry on a conversation without raising our voices to be heard over the music and the other patrons trying to do the same.

We were a group of six ladies off to a theatre show after our dinner, the service was good, the food was good, all the ladies liked the food they ordered, a couple of things that could be worked on would be: not so much salt of the french fries, less noisy, it was quite loud especially a large table of men who were at the rugby 7's, credit card machines that worked, and lastly most ladies (over the age of 50) would prefer to be seated on the same level as the washrooms, having to go up and down those stairs was tough on a couple of the ladies in my group.

The restaurant was completely unprepared for the rush of the weekend despite ample warning. This weekend was rugby 7s and ads/posters are everywhere in the city. It took 15 minutes for our server to come to our table, it was lucky if we got half the things we asked for each time he came back. We felt bad for him because he seemed stressed but it did impact the quality of our service. Management needs to better anticipate higher traffic than normal for events like this.

Enjoyed our meal but miss our old favourite Mosaic dip.
Also missed the steak sandwich as it was lighter than the beef dip which is delicious but too big for one person so we shared.

We had our pre ballet dinner; Kate the manager gave us outstanding service due to a mishap at our last dinner at Moxies. We had delicious appetizers and then our meals. The servers were exceptional and we enjoyed our evening

We waited 15 minutes without anyone noticing us, we then finally got someone’s attention who wasn’t our server and then they kindly helped us which was much appreciated. Then our actual server came halfway through our meal to ask if the food was okay. Terrible service.
