The service was awesome. Staff was friendly. Great experience.
Travis was our server and was very attentive, for being Valentine’s Day maybe a little to attentive but better than being ignored. We were sat on the way into the restaurant where everyone came and went so not that “romantic” for Valentine’s Day dinner. Food was very good and Travis recommended a nice wine to go with my chicken. We ordered from special menu for the day so the price was reasonable and included starter and very generous serving of dessert to share. Good value for our money
The service was great, but the food was lacking any wow-factor. Your table-side guacamole was very small and I was surprised that I didn't get to choose which ingredients were added/or how much. Dry ribs are ok, and deep fried cauliflower was ok too. Everything was ok - except the service - which was excellent. Our server was awesome and provided outstanding customer service.
The atmosphere was perfect for date night - not too loud and comfortable enough for us to enjoy each other’s company without distractions from other people. The food was great, and our drinks were made so well they went down like Kool Aid.
We’re definitely coming back!
First time there and had a excellent experience food was great and service was very good and very welcoming
We frequently dine an Moxies and alway find it consistent and good value.
The menu is blah. Some of the pairings are unique at best. Was told my steak would come out medium rare, and it came out blue. I’m pregnant so that’s a no go. Waitress was nowhere to be seen so I didn’t bother to send it back. Waitress must have been new because she only popped by to drop the bill, and came back 5 minutes later with the machine. Nobody had even looked at the slip and considering we were out having a meal, telling my dad we’re expecting, it would have been nice for her to be a bit more professional. Then again, she may have been new. As a server and a server who works in a high end steakhouse, they should have more product knowledge and manners than that. Only saving grace is my husband loves the house amber ale, otherwise we would have went to earls.
We were delighted with the food especially the steak we ordered, it was juicy and tasty. The mashed potatoes was so good as well. Basically the New York Steak was delicious! We never expected that it over power the other steak house like KEG! We will surely going back to dine again.
We went with some friends and we enjoyed the house wine and the meal. We order the New York steak and it was good, very tasty and juicy. The waitress was kind and helpful explaining our options and the menu specials. This location is very noice but I have visit others locations and nothing like it.
It was so noisy with loud music we couldn't talk. The room was very cold.
I have to admit that....sorry forgot her name was very pleasant, courteous and polite. The whole supper for our Anniversary was top notch. We will be back again.
Food was pretty good but despite the restaurant not being busy, the service and attention to detail was poor at best.
