Good food and great service. Our server and your manager took the time for each plate to ensure our child’s allergy concerns were checked. Staff was attentive and genuine. We were visiting Barrie for just a couple nights and so glad we came to Moxies. Made our vacation dinner amazing. Thank you. We will definite try other Moxies when we get home.

I have a fabulous experience every time I go to Moxie’s in Barrie. My favorite dish is the salmon, it is the best salmon that I have ever had and this time for drinks I choose a negroni which was delicious.

there were 4 of us. We started with Nachos which were excellent. 2 people had the rack of ribs which they very much enjoyed....one person had a burger with gluten-free bun which she enjoyed and I had the 7 oz sirlion which was perfectly grilled. the service was amazing! thank you! we will be back.

Service was great, food was good and quick BUT- This is the third time that as soon as I leave I get an email to say my reservation has been canceled by the restaurant-I have to call in to this restaurant every time-wait for a manager and explain -always save my receipt and check in on line on social media to prove I was there!!! Total waste of my time-why, when you have the technology to just do it right the first time? Once-a mistake, twice, bad on you-three times ?-a theme!! OpenTable to discuss with restaurant why this keeps happening-they can see it in my history but I suggested OpenTable place a check in confirmation that can’t be altered once checked. If it looks like I missed the reservation, the restaurant should get penalized for erroneously canceling reservations. Fair is fair!

This time the food was a bit disappointing. The calamari was like rubber, pieces were cut too large, had no flavour. There were only roasted carrots for vegetables no greens. Overall the food was not up to Moxies standards. Not seasoned to taste. Maybe it was an off day.

My girlfriend and I were seated on the patio for lunch. It was a beautiful day and we were so happy to just enjoy each other's company and some wonderful food. I had the blackened shrimp tacos and really enjoyed them. My friend had the beef dip that she said was delicious, if not a little too much food for lunch.

First and last visit. A Saturday evening at 19.30 but it was very quiet. Helpful waitress, pleasant and chatty. Ordered potstickers. They were overcooked yet lukewarm. The accompanying salsa was the best part. Next up was the NY strip. Rubbery, very over-seasoned and exquisitely poor value at $44. Sides - mash potato was nearly cold, carrots had been murdered on a grill and yet were also only lukewarm. Poor value for money and compares very badly with any of The Kegs I have tried.

Server was very efficient and friendly without going over board. We sat on the patio, which was quiet within the restaurant area, but there was a lot of road traffic noise from loud vehicles. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The service was so slow. There’s was one server working super hard while 5 just stood at the hostess booth chatting and doing nothing valuable for anyone. It was disruptive to the tables near the hostess booth.

It was good! Enjoyed the food, and was overall a great experience. Our food arrived a little cold, but the staff was great, and offered to get new meals for us. Loved the water refills and constant checking in on!

The vegetarian and vegan food selection is amazing and really exemplary. We were served by three waitresses as our designated waitress was not always around and finished her shift towards the end of our visit too - very confusing but we were very happy with the waitress which took over at the end of our visit. Unfortunately, we asked her colleagues for her name but nobody could tell us. However, overall the service was great.

The food not Moxies standard. In fact I got sick. The server has not checked on us when we got the food. We had told her we wanted wine and water and she never came back with anything. When she asked me if I still wanted wine told her no because I was done eating. She brought us the bill without asking us if we wanted dessert. She did not clean the empty dishes of the table. Not going back to that location. Very disappointed.
