Valentines dinner. We got there 10 min. before our reservation and we’re taken back right away. Table wasn’t clean and we said we’d just wait at the bar. We were told he’d come get us. 15 minutes later we hadn’t seen anyone so we walked back over. A different couple was at our table. Another table was quickly found and we sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. Two more couples were sat. They were immediately met by wait staff. At this point 40 minutes had passed and our movie started in 15 minutes so we just got up and left to go to the bar. My girlfriend went to express our displeasure (kindly) to the front desk. They said, “ok”. Obviously not caring. Trying to salvage something of our Valentines date we decided to order some food from the dark menu. You used to order from the theatre by pressing a button and the server comes to you but now the have tablet devices. We were told that they don’t always have great signals so we should just order while we were at the desk. So we punched it in on their device. Popcorn, sliders, and a hotdog. A far cry from the Prix Fixe menu we were expecting but better than nothing. We thought. Sat down in the theatre and our popcorn was brought to us quickly. People sat down after us with their tablets. Ordered food and it was brought. We waited. And waited. And waited. I finally got up after 45 minutes and talked to them at the desk. They promised to send someone. Wait staff arrived a few minutes later the waiter apologized and said it must not have gone through. When I asked how they knew we ordered popcorn he just stared silently. So we again ordered our food. Within 10 minutes it was there. I really love the idea of this place but the execution is awful. We’ve had great experiences here but the bad are outweighing them. At first we put it down as new growing pains but now it’s just poor planning.

Valentines day multicourse offering was a train wreck. Food quality was good, but they were out of many of the choices and everything came out late. Rolls and salad came right before dessert. Missed our movie due to all the shortcomings.

We did not enjoy our meal as it there were items on the "specific" menu that they had ran out of by 6 pm. The portions were the size for a child and we had to ask for our bread. Our main course came on one plate for two and we had to ask for another plate. I felt sorry for the staff as it was Valentines Day and they were less than prepared to accommodate the diners. We left hungry.

We had a reservation for 6 pm on Valentine's Day with a movie time of 8 pm. we arrived early and seemed to be some confusion as to our seating. Once seated we waited 25 min to get a diet soda and a coffee! We then ordered an appetizer and our meal. At 7 pm we were brought soup we did not order and told our food was on its way. At 7:35 pm we finally received our food!! Absolutley with out a doubt the worst service I have experienced especially on a Valentine date night. Cold Sirloin and burnt short rib Yummy!!! Not!!! Extremely disappointing!!! We will probly never come back there for dinner, and won't hesitate to share our experience with others. It is really unfortunate as it seems like a great set up just obviously a complete lack of management and proper staff to pull it off. I'm sure Gordon Ramsey would have a hey day, complete with the proper amount of expletives for your staff. However the movie seats were comfortable and OUR movie selection was good. Disappointed Diners

Did the valentine's dinner. Think it was a bit to ambitious. Only thing edible was salad and polenta. Res was at 5:30 one of soups was out, took an hour to inform us. Oysters were full of shell. Scallops were overdone and fishy. Fillet was cooked on outside of half, rest was raw and cold. They did offer free drinks.

I have been to Movie and Dinner several times to watch a movie and enjoyed the "dark" menu. However, we tried to dine in the main restaurant seating area for a Valentine's Day special dinner. I made reservations for two at 5:30 and we were seated right away. Our server was very helpful walking us through the special menu designed for this particular evening which included 6 courses and 2 movie tickets (to be used at a later time if wanted). We also ordered drinks. We received our drinks within a few minutes after placing our dinner order. After 45 minutes, we hadn't received any other food items, not soup, salad, appetizers, etc. Another couple seated near us had plans to go to a movie that was starting shortly and had told us they waited 2 hours and had only received salads. We were told that another couple had also waited almost as long and hadn't received any part of their meal. We decided to cancel our order and also left to dine at another restaurant. I would not recommend attending a "special" dinner occasion until they get the kitchen/service figured out how to serve patrons in the movie theaters as well as the dining room.

It was the worst experience. Had reservations at 4:45. Waited for out food for an hour and a half. Still never came. Couple behind us got the wrong food and then they bring them out another plate. Finally had to just leave because the movie was starting. Very unorganized.

Unfortunately for us we decided to spend Valentines here. :( Very, very expensive dinner! The Weirdest customer service. Most of the staff looked like chickens with their heads cut off sadly. Like no one knew anything. The Food was so nasty for the price. :( Hard, rubbery lobster tail served with no lemon or butter. No sauce at all in fact. We were given a single slice of a lemon (literally a small, single slice!!) LOL for our oysters, and the tabasco sauce was given in a sauce cup (which I think is weird). OH AND Then our food was served on the same plate, like WTH? We had to separate what we ordered individually onto our own plates. It was Just extremely lazy on the chefs part, and shame on the manager running it. Letting The food go out like that. No proud in your kitchen? As we headed to our movie we wanted to purchase a soda from the concession stand. Welp the Systems went down apparently, and we were told we couldn’t use cash. And we didn’t have a card at the time to use. The whole dinner & movie is an awesome idea, but OMG the walking around is RIDICULOUS!! We Could hardly focus on the movie with all the orders that were being filled throughout THE WHOLE MOVIE. Staff in every direction blocking the movie.. I swear every 5 mins or so. On top of it the staff had to come in During the movie and take some food orders. That was VERY distracting! The space in the theater is great, but the leveling is horrible. Maybe if it had been more inclined people wouldn’t have been SO much in the way. Way too flat for a movie theater. Needless to say WE WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER be coming here again. Our experience was not at all as we hoped for. I FEEL SO ROBBED OF MY MONEY. And you know you’re robbing people. Things need to change

We ate in the outer restaurant since the Dark Menu is very limited and mostly deep fried or the usual movie snacks. When it came time to order at 5:00 pm, they were already out of the grilled salmon which was the only item on the menu I wanted. I was surprised they had run out so soon but ordered a steak which was not very tender and had probably not been aged long enough. My brother-in-law had the KC bbq platter and the ribs were tough and difficult to cut through. The drinks were actually wonderful. WRT the movie it was awesome and our seats were great but it was difficult to plan this evening since we were not sure the movie we wanted to watch was playing until 3days prior to the outing. We will try the M&D again...probably just working through the challenges of a new business.
