   Super food, we really loved it. Service was good once they arrived, it took over 10 minutes for them to come to our table. We had a reservation but got a pretty lousy table.

   Unfortunately the person delivering food had our table mixed up with another table so initially he tried to bring food we had not ordered to our table. The waitress corrected him, but then he took OUR FOOD to a different table a couple times. This made for a very disjointed meal. The food was replaced and always hot and fresh but I brought 5 guests here for the first time . This place is my number one favorite restaurant in Milwaukee so I was sad to see it was sub par service tonight. I’ll for sure always give it another try, but truly, I miss the decor and ambiance of the original Movida. Now the dining rooms upstairs and down are loud and not conducive to private and intimate conversation at a table. Still love this place! The Sangria!!!!!! The paella!!!!!!!! Tremendous!

   I was shocked that this was the place I heard people rave about in the past. Maybe today was an off day being mother’s day and a fixed menu, but our experience was below average. The food was uninspired and plain, the silverware was mismatched, and the plates looked to be diner quality. The entire room decor was odd, like an overflow dining area and since there was nothing to break it up it was so loud. We had to ask the bussers to clear our plates when they came by to fill water, which just seemed like poor service. Our server was great, she seemed to be the only one working the busy floor and I felt for her. Again, maybe dinner service is better but that was abismal.

   Great service, amazing food. Very happy with our meal. Unfortunately, we were unable to be seated until 45 minutes after our original reservation time. However, the staff was apologetic and attentive.

   Our dinner tapas combination was wonderful - paella, 2 tostas, veggie and manchego cheese - and just right for 4 of us. Noice level a bit loud for us, hard to talk. We were seated right by an open door, so when there was a wind gust, pretty chili. We asked the server if it could be partially closed, but apparently other diners wanted it open. With temps in the 50s and gusty winds but a bit much, otherwise would have loved the fresh air.

   The Paella dish was great. The Tapas menu is good. The small portion size is small and cannot be shared by more than 2 people. Overall, good experience and excellent dining experience.

    Fabulous paella! Server had too many tables so wasn’t the best. She did explain the automatic 20% tip, which I appreciated.
