   It was our first time there. We were seated on time and our server Nate was very knowlegeable about the menu. Food was awesome!

   Consistently a great restaurant. The food from appetizers to dessert is delicious. I recommend their stuffed mushrooms,Filet Mignon and Jazzed Up Java ice cream particularly. The servers, particularly Manny, are efficient and friendly. My favorite in the area.

   Parts of our dinner were very good. Our server was wonderful, my martini was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers. Our steaks were not as enjoyable. My husband’s t-bone came out completely covered with mushrooms and onions while the menu said a side of onions and mushrooms this was way too much. Also the steak was swimming in some kind of liquid (possibly from the vegetables). I had the filet it was way too charred, also swimming in liquid, and was tough. We’ve eaten at the Chalet before but this dinner was disappointing.

   We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your appetizers, martini, and service, but we're sorry to hear that your main course didn’t meet expectations. We take pride in the quality and taste of our steaks. Our steaks are always served with au jus, which is a flavorful broth made from the natural juices released by meat during cooking. It’s typically served on a steak to enhance the flavor and keep it moist. While our specials menu didn't specifically mention that the au jus, mushrooms and onions were served "on" the side, we try our best to be accommodating. If you’d like any of those served on the side in the future, please don’t hesitate to let your server know. We’d love to welcome you back for a meal that reflects the quality you’ve come to expect from us.

    The Chalet never fails to deliver great good and outstanding value. The meals are always prepared flawlessly, and the food arrives hot and delicious. The service is warm and friendly. There are always a lot of great options on the special menu to choose from. In short, there's a reason the place is always packed! It's our go-to spot! See you again soon!
