About this restaurant

Mt. Fuji is a Japanese bar and steakhouse. The inside of this restaurant is absolutely stunning. The interior looks like a turn of the century Japanese restaurant complete with intricate wood carvings, paper walls and large handpainted murals. The staff at Mt. Fuji also contribute to the atmosphere with the hostesses, waiters and kitchen staff all wearing uniforms consistent with the early 1900s. Mt. Fuji's menu actually has several parts. The first is a sushi and sashimi menu where guests can order unique rolls and specialty platters. The sushi and sashimi combination dinner comes with yellowtail, salmon, shrimp, whitefish, crab, tuna and a California roll. Then there is the hibachi grill, where diners select their ingredients and let the house chefs cook them to perfection. Each hibachi dinner is served with Japanese onion soup, fried rice, lo mein noodles, a fresh vegetable medley and complimentary green tea.
