   We were seated at a small table for 6 ppl. Would have been nice to be able to spread out some. Food was good, flavorful, hot. Service was good but kept having to ask for drink refills. Young wait staff, pleasant though.

   First time at Mother's. Found it on Open Table. Tag was our server and for him to be new on staff, he was awesome! Outstanding service and very personable. We came for brunch and impressed overall at how expansive the menu was for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Will definitely be back.

    Mother's North is a favorite! Great food, service and entertainment!!! Listened to The Sagamore Band all evening and it was a true party going on out on the deck! Great vibes!!!!! Music, dancing and food. Who could ask for anything more? The salmon special over veggie noodles was outrageously good!

    My ‘rare’ bison burger was so overdone I couldn’t eat more than two bites- it was so dry. I couldn’t swallow it- , nor could I cut it with my knife and fork. It was also the size and shape of a hockey puck- about a quarter of a pound. The homemade chips were delicious though. So I paid $18 for six homemade chips. If it wasn’t so busy I would’ve sent it back. I just paid and went next-door to the gas station and got a Snickers. At least I knew what I was getting there.

    Celebrated my 54th birthday at mothers grill Pajama brunch which was fun, food was good and so was the music. I am attributing server errors to her being overwhelmed, however atmosphere made up for it:)

    First time there. Like how the restaurant is set up. We sat in the bar area. The restaurant is set up so you can see multiple televisions. There were 5 of us and we are all Washington Capitals fans. The wait staff easily turned the game on 2 televisions so we all could watch the game. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The drinks were expensive, $7.50 for a hard seltzer. The food was hot and tasted okay.

    Great Food - Excellent service. Only negative is the noise level is off the charts. Can’t even talk to the person next to you. They have a bar where they turn the music up - and that’s fine. It is not necessary to turn up the music in the main room to an inaudible level, is a shame. Even when the crowd thinned out, you still couldn’t hear the people at your table. We eat hear on weekdays and it’s not as bad. There is no need to turn the amplifier up to maximum level With no regard to customers hearing. In any event the food, menus selection and service is great.

    Late lunch with family at Mother’s. The food and the service were outstanding. Julia provided professional and efficient service. The breakfast quesadilla was well prepared and delicious!! My sister enjoyed the turkey burger with house made potato chips. Our friend had the bison burger with the chips which was equally delicious. Mother’s never disappoints!

    Though we had reservation, we were sat at the table right next to the restroom. So two of us had to face the men's restroom. The proximity of our table was too close to the restroom. If I would have counted men going and coming out, I an sure the number would have been at least 30+. It ruined the great service and good food for me. The simple solution would be to place a partition so that customer don't have to see the inside of restroom or just not place the table on that spot.

    Our visit was on a busy Friday night. Our server Jordan was very nice but a little too spread out. If you're going to have food runners bringing out the food then they should help out making sure drinks are filled, and the order was correct. I ordered buffalo chicken dip - which was good but should not be served in a cup shaped bowl - doesn't make it easy to get chips to the dip and no appetizer plates were provided. My husband ordered an appetizer salad. He ordered a burger for his meal and I ordered the turkey BLT. Within a couple of minutes of receiving the buffalo chicken dip, a runner brought out the salad, the burger and my sandwich at the same time. By the time my husband ate his salad, his burger and onion rings were cold. There must be better spacing between food delivery. I had requested regular mayo instead of chipotle mayo on my sandwich. They gave me regular mayo in a small cup but put the chipotle mayo on the sandwich which was very disappointing. Maybe if the kitchen had not been in such a rush to push our order out, they could have gotten the order right. At the time each portion of our order was delivered to our table, our drink glasses were empty, and no one ever offered to get refills and it was another 20 minutes after our meals were delivered before Jordan checked back. Throughout most of our visit, there were 2-3 people standing at the hostess desk - one of those people should help out and fill water/drink glasses.

    Our waiter was excellent! I did not expect the food to be as good as it was. Everyone in my party said there food was delicious. My husband asked me to bring him a carry out of ribs. He tore into them when I got home. He said they were excellent. He is very funny about ribs and usually like to only smoke them at home for himself so that confirms they are really good. Prices were very reasonable considering how everything is going up now. Definitely will return!

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday and the restaurant was wonderful in recognizing his birthday. They gave him a birthday card with a gift certificate, that was unexpected. Service was great, food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. Will definitely return and bring the family.

    Mothers has always been a go to safe spot for our family with a child who has Celiac however the last 2 times have been disappointing. We specifically said she has Celiac and told them exactly how to modify her meal and it still came out wrong and had to be remade.

    The food was fantastic, as was the service. Our server, Sheila, was attentive and accommodating. My friend and I both had the omelettes. They were prepared well and were very tasty. The portions are generous. The place was extremely busy right before the Ravens season opening game and it was quite lively, as you would expect on such a day. Don’t expect to have a quiet meal here, it’s not that type of environment. Overall, a good experience.
