I ordered two eggs over medium and they arrived over easy. The side potatoes and salad greens both tasted pre-prepared. Service was good and so is the interior design, but its about the food and we were disappointed.

My friend’s salmon was noticeably overcooked, so he was forced to send it back. Instead of bringing him a new one, they just took the remains from his plate and put them into the pan! I couldn’t believe they had the nerve to bring that mess out to him.

I brought 3 friends for lunch who had never been to Motel Morris. They were impressed when our waitress volunteered to make a cocktail that used to be on the menu and was no longer listed. I had no problem getting something from the brunch menu even though it was Friday. I, of course ordered the dusted french fries for the table, which were an absolute hit, as were the home made potato chips that came with the duck sloppy joe. Shrimp tacos got a high rating also. We wound up ordering coffee because we were having such a good time and just didn't want to leave! We thought we should put Motel Morris on our calendars for a "meeting" at least once a month!

We tried this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. The experience was WAY better than we could have hoped for! The service was top notch. The food was AMAZING and the ambiance was perfect! I would recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal. Perfect for a date night or just an evening when you don’t feel like cooking. Motel Morris will definitely be on our list for our next trip to NYC!

What a fun spot for brunch. Outdoor seating was comfortable and we loved the "retro" vibe. Service was friendly and unhurried. Only suggestion is for a few more healthier options.

We all loved our brunch! Our server, Kevin, was excellent and attentive — kept the coffee brewing! We enjoyed the kale & salmon bowl — very fresh and filling. And, another friend had the eggs Benedict and said it was the best ever! The menu items are priced less than some, more than others. The ambiance inside was great — love the cozy decor (the bathroom behind the tiled door is a must-see). We really enjoyed the experience — will recommend and come again!

Motel Morris is a true gem which happens to be in my neighborhood. The space, the food, the staff and the clientele are all terrific and always so. I am a regular for all those reasons and an experience I always wall away from with a smile.

Nice vibe, good food, really good, friendly service. The mushroom bolognese was outstanding! Can't say the same for the crispy cauliflower. It wasn't crispy. Slightly browned, but not crispy. Somewhat limited selection at the bar. But I liked it here, and would come back.

The hotess Jamie was completely out of line. We had 2 rounds of drinks & appetizers at our table before our 6pm reservation. Jamie rudely came over to our table at 6:10 demanding that we order our entrees immediately. We gave her negative feedback and she didn't even respond with an apology for rushing our enjoyable evening. The restaurant was empty and our table was not needed. We enjoyed our meal but will not return to the restaurant because of Jamie.
