   Ihad a very disappointing experience. Despite making a reservation for a specific side well in advance, when we arrived at our scheduled time, the area we had reserved was already occupied. We were casually asked to sit somewhere else, without any genuine apology or attempt to properly accommodate us. To make matters worse, I even provided my phone number and was told they would text me as soon as the reserved table became available - but I never received any message. It felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, completely ruining the experience we had looked forward to. A reservation is a promise to the customer, and ignoring it shows a clear lack of care and organization. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression and made the whole visit feel chaotic and unwelcome.

While OpenTable reservations guarantee a table, they don’t guarantee specific seating, even with a noted preference. We always try to accommodate requests, but during busy times it’s not always possible. In this case, the group in the preferred area stayed past our last call for food, so the table never became available. Our team intended to follow up, but didn’t get the chance. We understand how disappointing this was and sincerely apologize. This isn’t the experience we strive for, and we hope you’ll give us another chance to make it right.    Avocado toast was very cold. As if premade and served from the cold hold. Orange juice was filled with ice. Serve did not ask if ice was desired or not

   Went to the bar to grab a few cocktails with a friend. Really enjoyed their campfire & chill cocktail as well as the picket fences. Would definitely go again to work my way through the cocktail menu.

   Absolutely awful. Booking for 10 and the tried to makeshift a couches at the front door. Good was dreadfull and took 45 minutes from ordering. Avoid.

   Went on Xmas evening it was quiet, found a nice cozy seating area for 4 of us and had a good time. Though a quick shout out to Sonam who was wonderful in serving us. Food though good can be improved for sure.

    Cute spot at the hotel. Food was good. Service at the bar was good-bartender was friendly, but the table service was ok. Server disappeared and never checked on our table again. We had to ask for the bill a couple of times.
