It is absolutely amazing at the Moshulu, the staff were so nice and friendly and it was so welcoming!
Always a wonderful time! Everything is always perfect!
Excellent service, food was delicious, and view of the water from the table was great.
I made an 8:15 dinner reservation online for a table for 2. Unfortunately we were running 15 minutes late, so I called half an hour before our reservation to make sure that this was okay. The woman I spoke to assured me that arriving at 8:30 was fine. When we arrive at 8:32 the hostess informed us that their kitchen closes promptly at 8:15 and that they would not serve us. It told her that I called and that they said it was okay that we were a few minutes late, she then says, "Who is they?" and told us to go eat at the restaurant next door. We were attending the Great Gatsby party on the Musholu that evening so it would nice to have had dinner there but we were rudely turned away. We did attend the party after we ate at a different restaurant and had a nice time but other than that the service was disappointing.
Excellent service! Great food! Made our anniversary special!
Our server Joey was awesome payed keen attention to our order and ensured our experience was great. I will definitely come back when I’m in Philly again .
Came here for our 10 year Anniversary and loved everything about it! A truly unique experience with great food. Would recommend the scallops as a stand out item on the menu!
Ava’s 15th Birthday!!!
Thank you for helping to make it special for her!!
Food was excellent. Well prepared. Lovely presentation. Service was excellent...attentive but not intrusive.
My last visit to the Moshulu was over 20 years ago. The food is still as remarkable as it was then. Pleasant to the senses and ultimately delightful. However, this visit I can not say enough about the staff. From the hostess to the bus person, I felt my party and I mattered. The waiter knew exactly what to recommend when I was in doubt, and it was perfect. The Moshulu was again, another wonderful dining experience.
Everything was Fantastic except for the music, needs to be dinner music, not party music.
Our server was Great but I forget her name.
We celebrated the nineteenth birthday of our son Liam.
Keep up the Good work.
Compliments to everyone
Besides the fact that the place is very pretty and unique, our waiter (Gary Goldstein) made the brunch 3000% better. I highly recommend it, and look for Gary when you go.
Food was superb, Gary was our server and was superior
More expensive than expected but it was well worth the experience!! History of the boat was interesting, food mouth watering, staff well trained, and the icing on the cake was the excellent bathroom attendants who work for Stalls of Fame!
Service was OUTSTANDING!!!! Our dishes were amazing. Staff was extremely attentive and kids loved his magic tricks ! Thank you !
Great restaurant for a special occasion. We celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary and it was perfect!
I would recommend the Moshulu to anyone for a special occasion. We thoroughly enjoyed the diver scallops and New York strip steak. The ambiance is world class and the ship's history is world renowned.
That spicy lobster sushi roll was phenomenal, should have gotten 2🤙🤙
We went there for Sunday brunch to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The bottomless mimosas were fantastic. Our server, Marcelino, never let our glasses go empty. The food was delicious. We had so much fun we plan to make it a monthly thing.
The food was fabulous! I will def be back!
Our server was awesome
It was busy however food was served hot and in a timely manner
Always great service, perfectly cooked seafood and excellent seats by the water!
It was fun coming back and enjoying the view and the meal. Very good food and ambiance.
This place was beautiful and the service was impeccible! They have someone turning on the water for you in the bathroom. Make sure you tip though! The food was also outstanding. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone
The Food was AMAZING!!!!!!! I would rate it over 5 stars if I could, my daughter went for her brother’s birthday dinner and BEGGED me to go for hers.
Our experience was awesome and there are not enough stars for our waiter Gary was awesome and the food was incredible. Best birthday ever
It was a great experience, the food was amazing
Everything we ate tonight was absolutely delicious. We got the octopus as a starter, jumbo lump crab cake with truffle fries, filet mignon with Mac & cheese and for dessert the sundae for two! Even the butter that came with the bread was really good. Overall the service and food was great, i didn’t think it was too overpriced. Will be back again!
Our second time eating at the Moshulu (after 7 year Hiatus) and it’s still absolutely amazing!!!! Hands down the best burger I have ever had!!!!
The food was good but very little food. We were hungry after we left. Service was ok. Couldn’t sit until our reservation time and the place was empty
This is definitely a place to try out. The whole experience was wonderful. The ship is beautiful, the food and service is excellent.
THIS IS THE BEST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO, AND IT'S ON A STEEL TALLSHIP! Went for Sunday brunch for my birthday. The staff was phenomenal, they even gave me a free dessert and a handwritten card! Bottomless bloodys and mimosas for a very reasonable price! The food is a bit pricey but DELICIOUS AND SO WORTH IT. Joey was our waiter and he was extremely attentive and charming! I cannot wait to go back, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Moshulu!
Very nice place had to wait for a table for a few minutes. Server was very good. Steak was a little over cooked for my liking but didn’t want to send back seeing how we had to wait almost an hour for our food after we ordered. Definitely would go back though
Parking is a bit steep but what do you expect for inner city dining. What an amazing venue! A classic tall ship turned into a fine dining restaurant. Beautiful interior. We were a bit early, so we headed to the bar which was crowded (as expected on Valentine's Weekend). The one thing I had to get used to was the slope of the floor, almost like a crown. There was this tree that made seating at the one bar stool difficult. Our table was ready and off we went. Beautiful table with a window. We were greeted quite quickly by our server, Joey. We were trying to take a selfie, but he assisted with the picture taking. We ordered some drinks and perused the menu. We decided on the calamari and the oysters. Both were outstanding. For entrees she got the crabcake (a bit steep in price but outstandingly good - all meat - no filler). It was served with some fingerling potatoes and, I believe asparagus. All was very good. I went with the filet, med rare. Very good! It was served also with the potatoes and carrots. Dessert was creme brulee that had a great presentation and a warm almond cake which she said was outstanding. Our server was informed and attentive without making us feel rushed. He even gave some suggestions to go afterwards for a nightcap. Overall an outstanding experience and one that I would highly recommend.
Gary was the absolute best!! Informative, friendly, funny! Just great!! Food was fabulous! Will definitely be back!
The food was delicious. Extremely creative with flavors abound. I had the Pan Seared Bronzino. A tender flakey fish very tantalizing to the pallet. I also had the cauliflower soup. Phenomenal dish. The Sorbet for dessert is not to be compared to any other. The service is excellent, friendly and attentive.
Great food cool venue and nothing really to complain about.
Extremely nice staff and the food and atmosphere was a 10/10!
Very nice and intimate dining experience. Will definitely be going back. Excellent service also...
