It was so refreshing to actually go out to eat. Our food was delicious. I had the blt sandwich which was excellent. My husband had the chicken roller wrap and his chicken was so tender. We both hot fries and the seasoning tasted so good. I could not identify the spice but I really enjoyed it.

I can’t wait to go back and get one of the keto bowls.

I had the kale/farro/sweet potato salad and it was very good, though the kale could have used some massaging. Hubby's black bean burger was very good and the fries were excellent. This is a very comfortable place with nice service.

I came and had dinner with 4 other people and the service, drinks and food were amazing! I wish I could remember my servers name, but we were the Dove party of 4, 6/19, at 715pm. and our server was a young lady with brown hair. She was extremely sweet, patient and knowledgeable about the menu.

Food was delicious! They were very conscientious, wearing masks, having hand sanitizer on each table and spacing patrons out. It was so nice to be able to go out again and still feel safe.

Was fortunate enough to get a table outside for Sunday brunch. The food was delicious and our server Ashely was personable, attentive, and extremely friendly! Outdoor tables were spaced for social distancing and every staff member we chatted with was very friendly and happy to be back to work. Look forward to our next visit!

Took us 25 minutes to get a drink. Then they brought appetizers and within 5 minutes brought main course. When I asked for check, took another 25 minutes to get. Awful experience, awful service, I’ll never go back.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Mosaic on Sunday, June 7. Our server, Shane, gave us great service and our meals were delicious even with the limited menu since the restaurant had just started serving inside two days ago. We loved all the new decor! Looking forward to when they again will have a full brunch menu so I can have their Eggs Benedict. It’s my favorite restaurant.

Wonderful. Waitress was super cute! Burger was cooked perfectly to medium. Couldn’t have been happier

Fried was amazing! Appetizer, all four meals and extra sides. Service was great- super friendly and helpful people. Only downside was it was hrs to hear each other. But the amazing food, drinks and overall ambiance made the night spectacular!

We dined in at Mosaic on the first day of phase 2 where indoor dining is allowed. They did a great job under what I’m sure were hectic and unstandard circumstances. Everyone was friendly and the portions were HUGE. My beef short rib was amazing! I’d highly recommend Mosaic.

This was our first indoor dining experience since March and it was great! Restaurant followed all CDC guidelines and staff was very friendly. Food was great even though we had to use plastic plates and utensils! Will be back!

Food was delicious, service a bit slower than normal. The one big issue I had was The glass of wine I ordered for lunch was not available and the bartender substituted something totally different and my waitress did not tell me or ask first. When I tasted it and realized it was not what I ordered I brought it to her attention and asked her to send it back and request of the bartender what it was. When she returned she informed me that they had made a substitute. I’m not a wine snob but That’s totally unacceptable. Not sure if the bartender didn’t tell the waitress or the waitress didn’t tell me but either way it left a sour note.

Food was amazing.... they certainly ensure you get what you pay for!

We sat outside for lunch on a crazy warm day in March, and my friend and I split the seasonal garden salad and the fried green tomatoes stack (appetizer). It was all delicious. Friendly and prompt service. We will return!

I have been going there for years. I hadn't been there in a while and was excited to see the new bowl additions to the menu. I had the Cobb Bowl and it was great! It is always loud in there but if we can get a seat in the window area it is better. Our waiter was a little aloof and indifferent, but it may have been because it was pretty busy in there. The food was the star that day. I had a good time and was glad I went back!

The hostess was unwelcoming and acted as though my table request (I had a reservation) was a huge burden. She turned down my request for a booth because she said they were for a minimum of 3 people (there were 2 in women in my party) and then proceeded to seat a man and a woman there. Sexism? Ageism? My friend’s meal was inedible and she asked for toast instead. I could have made mine at home much better. They should really treat 60-something women better (20-something server called us “dear”); we have disposable income and lots of time on our hands to eat out and plenty of friends in similar situations. Not going back and advising my friends with money and time on their hands not to either.

Nothing about the meal was bad, however nothing was great either. Based on our experience, we won’t be going back. There are just too many amazing places to eat in Richmond to have an okay dining experience.

Loved the decor, but the ambience was diminshed because of a large party that were unbelievably loud. Our server was wonderful. We had a variety of appetizers which were innovative but ended up being a little too greasy. Next time I'll order an entree.

Great place for a quick dinner before a show we were attending. Service and food were very good.

Menu was very interesting, affording us a wide variety of possibilities.

Overall very good food. My Ribeye was very thin, but cooked properly. Great selection of appetizers and desserts that did not disappoint.

Very nice food and service and also good value. A tad noisy and the seating(semi-booth) near the bar was uncomfortable. My feet did not touch the floor creating pressure on my back.

Would certainly return, but would request different seating.

The food is always a treat. Try the butter cake. Amazing!

Showed up a few minutes before our 9pm reservation, and they were closed...doors locked...no response to three phone calls.

There was only one wait staff person for the entire back of the restaurant - service very slow although the waitress who served us was very good and tried very hard to make up for the wait staff shortage and worked very hard to take care of us. She did a great job considering all she had to do.

Great atmosphere and good food! I would of given it 5 stars except we had to wait awhile for the drinks and food.
