Established in 2001 by French Chef Thierry J., Mosaic Cuisine is a family-owned modern French fusion restaurant with different accents from around the world. Mosaic offers unique gastronomic options in a relaxing restaurant atmosphere where you can dine out and have nice conversations among friends.

Throughout the menu, you may recognize a variety of dishes from different cuisines around the world, such as waffle French toast from Belgium, tomato and pesto potage from Palermo, Italy, artichoke and spinach dip from the USA, or chocolate financier direct from heaven. Although over the years we have become famous for our waffle-centric brunch, extensive coffee bar, and versatile kitchen which is always willing to accommodate special requests or dietary needs, Mosaic Cuisine is also a place to enjoy one of the most classic dinner French dishes like “bœuf bourguignon” or the flawless “steak pommes frites” amongst other international dishes

We happened upon Mosaic and what a lucky find! We each got a salad- tuna nicoise and the Mosaic. Perfect portion sizes for lunch. I had a French 75, my mother had the kir. Both were delicious. Definitely adding Moasic to the rotation.

Had dinner for Father’s Day. They give the table a small starter of herbed toast and a tomato dipping sauce to eat while you review the menu. We made short order of those. For starters we had a Caesar salad and the mushroom potage. This is really the best I’ve had. It’s a meal in itself. Of course, it came with a tiny waffle. Main courses were steak au poivre in a reduced wine sauce served with sweet potato fries, and pork medallions with sautéed apples and potatoes au gratin. Both excellent! The servings were so ample the pork was another meal (take home). The special dessert was cheesecake (for Dad.). We’re never disappointed with Mosaic and there is something magical about their sauces. This comfortable restaurant is a neighborhood gem.

We love this place as the gluten free options are amazing and more importantly delicious! The staff is efficient, friendly and the team are fantastic. If you miss dining on "normal" food such as waffles or French toast this is your place.

Another delightful Sunday lunch at Mosaic Cuisine. Absolutely recommend it. My “goat cheese soufflé madeleine” and roasted vegetables salad was delicious. Others at the tables enjoyed waffles with strawberries, the Brie and mushroom omelette, the mushroom soup, and the egg and roasted vegetable waffle sandwich and everyone thought their meal was delicious. Our server Ruby took good care of us. It’s a large, pretty restaurant which can get noisy so request a booth if you need it a little quieter.

Food was delicious. We eat out alot and thought the food was better and more reasonably priced than some others in the area.

A bit of a wait to be seated - especially when busy, but service once seated was rapid and on point. Great food for breakfast or lunch.
