   Monique our server was fabulous. Attentive, helpful and kind. So so sad to see no one was at the restaurant during our entire lunch. My burger was good my friend did not like hers. She said it was dry. Mo’s prices have always been on the high side. Still sorry to see you go. With only your Campbell location left standing I suggest appealing specials at attractive prices and lower overall prices. Best. Judy M

   I felt my dish was over priced for what was in it . Should have had a side of potatos. Bottomless mimosas are overpriced and not refilled in the appropriate amount of time.

   Our server was wonderful. Attentive, friendly and understanding. Sadly the kitchen needs to help. Orders took too long and several items were overcooked. They were courteous and adjusted our bill which was very appreciative. I hope the kitchen gets the help it needs to be successful.

   I was very disappointed.. I’ve been to Almaden MO’s before and the food was 10/10 but they closed that one down ..so I was expecting the same with this one in Morgan hill . We got the gravy chicken bennedict and it had no salt at all no flavored never coming back to this place again . Sorry .

   We made a reservation for 5 through open table got to the restaurant on time and waited 15 mins before being seated. The odd thing was that not every table was taken. There were two staff out front neither of which seemed to be in a hurry to do anything and we were ignored for another ten minutes and finally they took a drink and food order. After waiting another 15 mins and me asking where the drinks were several times two of our five drinks arrived. The others were nowhere to be seen and what I asked about them the girl serving us said she was working on them and walked away only to go and do something else. After another 5 mins the other drinks arrived. After another 15 minutes we asked if the food was in sight and were told the kitchen was backed up. We asked if we could speak to the manager as we had now been there for an hour and were told that ‘there is no manager in today’ and why were we being so mean asking to talk with the manager. We explained that we had now been there over an hour, the drinks and service was very poor and our food was still nowhere in sight. We waited another 5 minutes and left.

   Food was average nothing crazy. The service was terrible, and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all!

   Truly, I want to like Mo's, and I am writing this review in hopes that a manager can assist them, because if other customers have the same experience I did, I don't hold high hopes for Mo's to sustain. I made a reservation through Open Table, and when I arrived, there were many tables available. Two employees were there, but neither made eye contact nor invited me in. I took a table and waited...and waited. Eventually one of the employees spoke and I told him I was waiting for two more people. I asked for coffee and received it. When my friends arrived, we waited...and waited. I finally approached one of the employees and asked to place our orders. We finally did, and when the food arrived (not too long afterwards) one of the orders was incorrect and had to be redone. The meals were good, hence my overall "Good" review. Here are a few suggestions: Although the employees were busy with perhaps 6 tables total, they didn't seem very efficient in their work. Some training in serving would help, starting with writing down the food orders when they are placed. Also, making eye contact and greeting customers when they arrive would go a long way in making people feel welcome. Checking on the customers during the meal to see if anything else is needed (such as coffee) is a good idea. And the customer shouldn't have to track down the server to ask for the bill. Again, I am glad to have an additional breakfast restaurant in Morgan Hill, and I would really like to see Mo's be successful. I hope my review is taken in the spirit it is given, in hopes for improvement.

   Alittle disappointed in the cleanliness. Went on Sunday morning bathroom dirty no tp no paper towel.. sticky seat

    We had an 11 reservation but our table wasn’t ready, we were seated at 11:40, opted for an inside table just to be seated quicker, as our reservation was initially for an outdoor table. The waiting staff was friendly. Unfortunately we had to send back my friends iced tea, it tasted like there was soap in the drink. All of our food was sent out with the exception of one dish, which we had to wait another 10 minutes to come out. The food was really good.
