Very poor Service - the restaurant was not that busy -I would rate this Morten’s as the worst I have ever visited. Manager seemed to be not engaged in the overall operation of the restaurant. Very disappointing !
Celebrated my wife’s and my own birthdays, which was acknowledged multiple times. Sanitizer available before entering and tables were appropriately spaced.
Food overall was excellent. My wife and I both enjoyed the lobster bisque. She has a petit filet mignon and I loved my bone-in ribeye. Cooked absolutely perfect at medium rare and so tasty without any sauce. No salt or pepper needed. Side of sautéed spinach with button mushrooms was buttery and tasty.
A couple of very slight missteps: it took a while for my wife to get her Béarnaise sauce after her steak arrived. Also, the truffle Parmesan fries were not hot. They weren’t ice cold and they were perfectly crisp.
Dessert was complimentary for our birthday and we shared the delectable chocolate mouse.
We left extremely full and satisfied.
I’ve eaten at this location more times than I can count, but they are obviously under new management.
The man at the door seemed very “put out” that I was even there.
He also came and took my order and wouldn’t let me make any “substitutions” which I have dozens of times in the past there.
Clearly noticed that the restaurant was still getting back to their routine of letting diners indoors.
Definitely not the usual service/food quality of Mortons.
One of the most grotesquely over-priced meals I’ve ever had. Why are steaks MP? Cows are always in season last I checked.
I know restaurants are being hit hard, but this is not the way you do it. I feel bad even posting this review. We had a gift card and knew we would never be returning, so we left a 30% tip to wipe it out.
Frank, Charlie and Eric were awesome.
Great food an excellent service...cheers to attentive the staff!!
Completely overpriced! Very good food but they don’t put their prices on the menu so get ready to throw your wallets into the wind !
Welcome - great
Waiter - there were only a few customers in the restaurant - despite that very slow service. Guy was very friendly though
Overall - I would certainly come back!!
I brought my husband for our date night, it was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. Our waiters were great! Ambiance was intimate and just overall lovely. We will definitely be here again.
Great food with a service to match...
Don’t order the grilled cheese and tomato soup. Terrible! Service was good.
Freezing dining room
Food was exceptional, drinks were great, service was great too. One of our favorite date spots and will continue to be.
The experience was awesome. I brought my daughter there to celebrate Valentine’s Day since we were visiting the city. We will definitely return again.
Worst service ever. Took over an hour for food to be delivered. Drinks sat empty had to get up and walk to find our waitress to refill our drinks. This place sucked.... never again.
Excellent food not satiated everyone at the table.
Wow!! The ambience and decor was beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious! Had dinner with a friend after work during restaurant week. We had reservations for 5:30 it was not very busy at that time and the noise level was very low. Would go back again - highly recommend
Came for Restaurant Week and enjoyed the food and service that we were given. Overall we would definitely be back. Drinks are too expensive. $17 for a drink is unnecessary.
Fun dinner. Excellent food and service. Great specials
I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. I chose this place for my boyfriend’s bday dinner and we were beyond pleased. The food, the service, the ambiance.. EXQUISITE! They got every detail correct that I requested for my boyfriend and the icing on the cake was that the manager his self called me the following day to find out how my boyfriend’s bday was, he asked about my experience, thanked me for my business and said he’s looking forward to having us again. That was AMAZING! Thank you so much Morton’s World Trade, we will definitely be back!
The best ribeye steak I've ever had. The staff is always friendly.
Amazing ! Staff was outgoing and friendly . Host made us feel so welcome ! Food was delicious! Will definitely be returning.
The place is great. Not too loud and food is a bit pricey but tastes amazing. I could say it’s worth the money. And the service is awesome
I think Morton's is not what it used to be. Service was fine but there were a few missteps that could have easily been avoided, especially since there were only a handful of tables.
In NYC there are so many steakhouses. I chose Morton's bc we wanted a quiet place. I appreciated that they turned the music down when we asked so a positive was the ambience.
Next time,'I would choose Keens or Capital Grille- more professional, buttoned up service and better food.
Calm, casual and enjoyable
Great ambiance, friendly staff, excellent food. $$$$.
Flawless ! Great quality food delivered by professionally trained staff.
My wife and I spent the weekend in NYC. Wonderful.
Wasn't crowded, clean and quiet with a few tv's. sangria was ok alittle ok nice the light side
Celebrated my birthday at Morton’s! They made it an extra special dining experience. Special menu telling me Happy Birthday, picture with my friends and free dessert! Perfect!
Overall outstanding, I ordered the sea bass and my guest has the filet mignon. Great lunch.
Great service , our waitress was personable and helpful. Food was incredible
I love this restaurant. Charlie, the manager, went out of his way to make our birthday celebration memorable. The food and drinks were delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and the bread pudding dessert was so good. I have celebrated my last 7 birthdays at Morton’s and this was the best one.
Wonderful anniversary dinner, food, service, atmosphere excellent. Quiet and romantic So nice to be able to have conversation without shouting. The complementary dessert was a lovely touch.
The steaks were very good and service was great. I thought the price point for the steaks was a bit high though.
The website lunch specials don't match the lunch menu in the restaurant. Its disappointing that they reduced the offerings.
Always great Morton’s food quality and service professionals overseen by engaged managers .
