Fathers Day. Everything was excellent.
Service was slow, waiter was not very attentive. The food was overpriced for what it was, would not recommend getting the lobster bisque, no one in the group finished it.
The steaks were good, but for the price and service, would recommend going somewhere else.
It was a good time! Great vibes! Jade was very attentive and accommodating.
Overpriced...Had the father's day special, my steak had a lot of fat and gristle in it making what was already a small steak smaller. Also the cook charred my steak so bad it tasted burnt. The service was good but the time it took to get food and dessert took forever. Reservation was at 5:30, we didn't get out of there until 8:10, the longest dinner I've ever had...
Amazing food, definitely worth a lot of the price. Would definitely come here for more special occasions or holidays.
Overall dinner was fair. Vegetables (Brussels sprouts) were under cooked. The asparagus was soaked with balsamic sauce. The steak was asked to be well done, but served dark / burned ended.
It was Father’s Day and very busy, but no excuses when I go out to eat to a steak house that I expect more from…
We often dine at Morton's, and it is always excellent! We were very much caught off guard with the atmosphere, service, and lower food quality on Father's Day. It was busy, busy, busy, and seemed as if extra tables were added to the dining room. I could go on, but I would recommend to not visit this establishment on a holiday, I suppose. Otherwise, I have no explanation for spending $600 on a very average meal and service. But, again, I must say that this is the first time, of multiple visits throughout the years, that we were not satisfied . . . even our teens noticed a big difference.
The wait was 30 minutes even with reservations. Our food was not fresh and the wait long. Our reservations was at 1:30 we did not leave until 4.
Father’s Day & Birthday
OUR SERVER was horrible. I've been to Morton's before, and the food was really good. Morton's have a different chef there. We bought our concerns to the manger, she did nothing, she took the food off our table and never returned. She didn't ask if we would like something different or anything. I felt that was unlikely for a manger to respond to a customer complaint. Ruined his Fathers Day brunch.
The Fathers Day Experience: The food was mediocre but the service was below the quality expected. After not receiving our food for an hour the manager graciously took off the appetizers. The experience did not meet my expectations and it’s safe to say we will not return.
Really enjoyed the early Father's day celebration.

Wonderful time at Morton's. The staff was busy but attentive, friendly and courteous. Andrea was great at pacing our food, making sure everything was as we requested. Food was done perfectly, best steak ever. Great recommendation on the wine. Will be back soon.

*25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration*
Let's begin with the positives:
1- The service was over-the-top excellent. Marissa was extremely personable, patient, professional, and fun.
2- Offering our names and "25th Anniversary" printed on the menus helped make our evening special.
3- The French onion soup was delicious and was properly prepared.
Now, the negatives:
1- The patrons seated at the table adjacent to ours were watching various videos on their phones to the extent the volume of the videos made it hard to hear each other. Eventually, I asked the second round of patrons to turn it down, which they were more than happy to. Yet, I couldn't understand why a manager wasn't watching the floor to take care of it themselves.
We felt like we were eating at Red Robin. I'd expect it from Red Robin.
2- The food was decent, nothing special. The lobster mac-n-cheese was bland, and my steak was overcooked. When pointing it out, I received a new steak in less than five minutes, and it was mostly raw on the inside.
3- I ordered an Old Fashioned with dessert, and it looked more like lemonade than an OF. They kindly remade it. The second attempt was better, but the bartender admitted they ran out of one of the ingredients and were trying to compensate.
All-in-all, the dinner wasn't horrible, but it wasn't worth $400.
The street corn was entirely over cooked, like too the point of caramelization, really gummy an hard too enjoy, my mashed potatoes tasted like Idaho potatoes out of the brown box. I was highly disappointed.

High end steak house; what a JOKE. One Steak wasn't even cooked at all and one so well done it couldn't even be eaten!!! This place has gone good to the worst steak house in Michigan. There's too many good one in the area to waste your time and money at this place!!!

We sat in the bar and would have had a good experience, but they were severely understaffed. The bartender was supposed to take care of the 8 tables in the bar and make all the drinks for the entire restaurant. He was working very hard but just couldn’t keep up. We never got our bread and also had to ask the hostess for help tracking down 2 of our sides which never came. She did a great job finding them and bringing them to our table. Bottom line is that the food and the experience were not worth the money spent. We won’t be back.
The food was excellent, however our waitress may have been overwhelmed, forgot to place orders, and get order mixed up, packed up our dessert when we planned to eat them at the restaurant.
It seems the dress code has become more lenient. It used to be a place where people enjoyed dressing up.
