It was excellent.
The food was great, the wine selection was awesome and the service was remarkable!
The restaurant is great, but walking through the casino lobby is not so great.
We were in the side room so didn’t hear any casino noise.
Awesome dude an awesome service the steaks were cooked perfectly the seafood was fresh
Morton’s never disappoints. Guaranteed to provide a top quality meal with quality service. Our server, Crystal, was ready and eager to provide yet was unobtrusive. The creamed corn is to die for and there are no better cuts of meat. A wonderful venue for a romantic meal!
I have been recommending this place ever since i ate here. My wife ( who doesn't like steak )loves steak now! We cant wait to go back. A little pricy but worth it for special occasions.
The place is empty, friday night and maybe 8 guests. The food is still good but doesnt have any of the special touches like the clayton location had. The staff is nice but clearly looking at the door, again not that special place it once was. The super smoky casino air permeates everything.
Food and service were perfect!!!
The food and service was excellent! The dining room was beautiful! But , the whole dining area smelled of cigarettes and a deodorizer to disguise the smell. The walk through the casino was awful. Too bad, this restaurant isn't somewhere else!
Hi all. As always, you all make our dining experience special. The food was great and service was wonderful. Look forward to coming back
everything was on point the staff was above and beyond excellent and the food was superb I really felt like we got a great value and will continue to come so many times over I appreciate this place #ImMAGNUM
I hated the cigarette smoke we encountered while approaching the restaurant. It’s a major turnoff. I know it’s not the restaurant’s fault. But it detracted a little bit from the experience.
Our meal was excellent and the entire staff was very friendly and accomodating!
I haven’t had food that good in a long time and we go to expensive restaurants all the time. I usually leave feeling the food was not worth price. This food was worth every penny. Also, all of the staff was kind and genuine. I will go back and have already recommended to many people.
The food was amazing, Best CRAB CAKES ever! The service was also amazing. My wife and I definitely found a new favorite spot.
Had a very nice meal but very cold. Not a fan of casinos
Went for anniversary. Was not disappointed. Food was DELICIOUS
The lobster bisque is super amazing! Everything was great
Food was really amazing. Portions were bigger than expected. Still a bit pricey for what you get.
Went to Mortons with 7 people for a special celebration. they surprised us with decorated cookies for the celebration (yum) and let us use a table where we could watch the blues game. it was great (and they won)! The food was very good although i must admit my steak was not as great as i expected although it was very good. sides were excellent. Dessert was excellent. we really enjoyed the dinner!
Overpriced. Very poor service with a focus on blatant upselling during the entire meal. Long periods of inattentive service. Ironically, the miso Sea Bass was good but the steaks were average. Drinks are very watered down in large glasses overflowing with ice. Wine is 3-4 times cost rather than the typical 2 times. You have to walk through a smokey casino to get to the restaurant. On a Saturday night with Prom in full swing, the place was virtually empty. You can find many better places to spend $100 a person on a meal.
Great food. Waiter was excellent. Food was on time. Very good experience.
The music was a little too loud and it was kind of cold in the restaurant
It was my boyfriends birthday and it was our very first time coming to this restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was nice. Our greeter even took a photo of us at the table. They also personalized our menus to include his birthday on it. We were 100% satisfied
Great food but expect to spend some cash. Everything is a la carte. Would recommend the shrimp Alexander and the au gratin potatoes as well as any steak.
My partner and I made a reservation to dine as part of our 8 year anniversary celebration , first time in this casino-housed location. We arrived at 5:45 pm and were directed to the bar area for seating. When I asked to be seated in the dining area, were told by the white male manager on duty that we could not be seated in that area because of my partner was wearing an SIU “ hoodie”. He invited us to read the dress code sign And stated that attire was business casual. We were offended, insulted and embarrassed as we were relegated to the open , Smokey bar area.. We informed that we had driven over an hour without effect. We decided to stay but noticed a constant string of individuals ushered to the back , including a group of white women in “jeans” — not business casual at any of my places of business. When we left, I watched as a white woman in tennis shoes, Capri jeans and a t-shirt was taken to the back . That did it and we asked for another manager! We explained that their policy was not consistently applied, as we observed, and she concurred that people exiting at that time were not dressed differently than my partner......... again, this was a Smokey casino! We won’t be back, but I’d suggest you revisit how you apply your policy.
Had an excellent dinner with 2 friends. Steaks were better than expected. Our server, Crystal, was wonderful. Can't wait to go back.
Great service. Food was good, but not excellent.
I really enjoy the place! Great food! Great service! Great place!
The new place has the Bar open to the casino, so it is Smokey, since the casino allows smoking. Please fix this soon.
Our server was amazing and the food was very good, but the atmosphere is so so. Ended up going to 801 chophouse the next evening for a birthday celebration. They had some great options, some expensive so Not so expensive and the food was equally as good if not better and the ambience was 100 times better. Something cheesy about the Lumiere and the cigarette smoke wafting in was disgusting. Not the fault of the restaurant just not a great location. Our server made up for that! He was fantastic!
Our first visit to this restaurant for our anniversary. We were warmly welcomed and all services thereafter were top notch.
Personally I think Mortons would do better in a more premier location away from a casino atmosphere.
Thank you for a premiere dining experience for our anniversary.
Absolutely perfect. They really went above and beyond. We had a great time and a great meal. The staff was spectacular.
We were the first table of the evening and the fourth to receive our food after an hour and fifteen minute wait. Then two of our three steaks were cooked to the wrong temperature. Desert had to be cancellled after another 30 minute wait. Worst Morton’s experience ever. Stay away from thiscrestaurant
Best steaks in the Midwest highly recommend Mortons to anyone looking a date night or a business meeting.
The Steakhouse is inside the absolute smokiest Casino in the world. Sit in the rear or you will miss these incredible flavors. Loved the food and sharable sides. However, the wine prices are obscene and unnecessarily too high. Such as Chatteau ST Michele Riesling at $12 a glass. About 600% profit instead of a customary 250% for this entry level white.
It was my 50th birthday dinner and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate
Wonderful server was on point
We love the food. We hate the smell of cigarette smoke, which you cannot avoid due to it being the casino.
