It was all good as usual. But we were disappointed that they took the soufflé off the menu. They are very good and we were looking forward to ending our evening with the soufflé.
Always a wonderful experience, and we dine here often.
Food was awesome the restaraunt had a nice ambience for anniversary dinner.
It’s always great dinner at Morton’s
My fiancé and I went here to celebrate our anniversary. We were shocked at how bad it was from the quality of our steaks to the service. First our waiter didn’t know that the restaurant had a special Restaurant Week menu. After I asked him to check and he returned to confirm that I was in fact correct, he couldn’t be bothered to bring me the extra menu. I had to look it up on my phone. Our steaks came undercooked (my fiancé ordered medium well and it came rare) and they tasted bad. Later that night we both got a little sick from them. When we went to order the signature chocolate cake for desert the waiter said it would take 30 min to prepare since we didn’t order it when we first sat down. Most fine dining restaurants ask you when you order your entree if you are considering having any desert that takes extra time to prepare so you can order it early. He never told us this. An absolutely horrible experience. There are too many other great fine dining steak restaurants to waste your time at this place.
everything again was great. usually get shrimp coctail but changed up to shrimp alexander, amazing. also had the best salmon anywhere.
We went to Morton's to celebrate my husband's birthday and made note of the special occasion on the OpenTable reservation. I was a little disappointed that they didn't know that when we arrived, but our server, Steven, more than made up for it. His level of service was perfect, attentive without overbearing! Ed's steak was the best he has had in a long time.
Great food - loved the Gouda Agrautin Potatoes. The steak was done to perfection. Great salad - overall great experience.
Morton’s did an outstanding job taking care of us as we celebrated our 20th anniversary! We had the patio to ourselves and they customized the menu. We would recommend anyone in the area to dine there.
Great wine list. Underrated restaurant in north Scottsdale.
Great Restaurant with great food service and Ambience.
The food was delicious
Excellent service, waitress and manager very attentive.
Under staffed once they came to table it was fine not enough help
My wife and I have now have eating at Fleming’s, Ruth Chris and Morton’s. Morton’s came in 2nd only because I like the 500 degree steaks at Ruth’s Chris. Fleming’s is not even worth going. Food is great at both steak houses. Our waiter was not on his A game, but the rest of the staff covered great for him. Enjoy!
Great food. Staff was wonderful. Made my wife’s birthday night even better.
Tonight we experienced the Restaurant Week Menu as we celebrated our Anniversary.
We had ordered wine ahead, which was waiting on our table along with silk rose pedals.
The steaks were wonderful, tender and cooked to order. The roasted corn was fantastic. The only miss on the menu was the mac and cheese. It had bacon and scallions which added good flavor, but the cheese sauce was mealy and virtually flavorless.
The included dessert was the creme brulee and key lime pie.
We have dining here for well over 10years....we will not be returning. After waiting 6 months to dine out we decided to try the outside patio this past Friday, happy hour is no longer available, limited menu. 3 out of 4 items on the app list were NOT available (on a Friday night?) escargot was available but was so over zapped in the microwave they were chewy & dried out, prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, dried out, tried to disguise with a drizzle of balsamic, lobster bisque most definitely frozen & tasteless. Morton’s salad (which I’ve been eating forever) romaine was wilted, salad was warm & needed a knife & fork to eat since the lettuce leaves were huge. Fortunately the drinks & onion loaf were still great!! Cmon in these times you would think restaurants especially high end (ha) would have better standards than what we experienced. Landry’s truly needs to take a look at this location & consider removing Morton’s name because since they took over nothing has been up to the original Morton’s steakhouse standard.
In the era of Covid, it is so nice to dine out and have a relaxing evening. Tonight we enjoyed their seafood fare. Who would have thought a steakhouse would have such wonderful, fresh and prepared to order fish.
A truly wonderful evening
I'm a Morton's lover. However, my recent experience was not a good one. My friend's steak was overcooked, she asked for med rare and it was medium. The assistant to the waitress mixed our food up during the boxing and bagging process (after asking that she doesn't as we both had the same meal)and unfortunately it was not realized until we both returned to our respective homes.
Also, my friends and I were enjoying ourselves, talking and laughing. Now the resturant had cleared out, however, there was a relatively large party of ppl in the back of the restaurant so we weren't the only customers there. The bartender was cleaning her area and noticed we were still seated and talking and made a comment "we're closed" while cleaning the bar tables. It was more than rude to say it number 1, but to say it so patrons can hear is inexcusable!!
Needless to say, I won't be patronizing this location for awhile!!!
Birthday celebration for my two boys and the food here did not disappoint. Always fresh seafood and they work extremely hard to accommodate our allergies. My steak was perfect and our server had great recommendations
The food and ambience were both excellent!
One of the steaks was tough. The atmosphere and music was old and outdated.
The steak was dry and not very good
Came for a special occasion. Service from Grace was perfection. John (manager/maitre d') took amazing care of us. Food was excellent and plentiful. Sides were ample to share, so we had lots for a take home meal. A good value. This will remain a special occasion restaurant for us.
It's difficult to find a better steak, the service is amazing and we love the romantic atmosphere... definitely a lovely place for a special occasion!
Our little family of three had a wonderful experience this past weekend, despite previous mixed reviews! We came for our daughter's belated graduation/off to college celebration, as well as for my birthday dinner. The ambiance, food and service (thanks Susie!) were all excellent! Thanks for a memorable experience Morton's...it was worth the drive from Gilbert!
Morton’s never disappoints. The service is first rate, always friendly and responsive. If you like steak and/or seafood and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere quiet enough to actually visit, you’ll love Morton’s.
Took my wife there for her birthday. Our first time going there, and it will be a regular choice for any type of occasion! Food was amazing, staff was great, the atmosphere was relaxing and there was nothing we could think of that could have been better.
Service slow first time in 10 visits staffing needed more people
Our dining experience was most satisfying. We were the only table for almost an hour so we were taken care of very well.
The food was delicious.
The waitress was helpful and attentive.
It was a very delightful meal.
Server was the best we’ve ever had Fabulous service
It was a wonderful celebration for our daughter’s birthday. Morton’s did a fantastic job making them feel special.
Great Ambiance, Service & Food. Overall, a great date night 🥩🍷❤️
great restaurant, started out with bacon steak, omg. then had amazing cajun rib-eye with corn and mashed potatoes, finished with key lime pie.
Everything was cooked correctly
Morton's is always reliable with great service and good food.
We had a wonderful evening though the seating was limited due to increased safety precautions. The staff is working diligently to keep everything clean and everyone safe.
It is so refreshing to return to a dining room and a relaxing evening.
Food was not great but average. Not worth the price. Nice atmosphere.
