Our waiter Sean was wonderful! We had a great dinner! Great service & great food as always.
Anniversary but would. Have come if anything. Nice to have great service, food and ambiance without hustling us I or out. Great pace for excellent dinner 2.5 hours. No one bugged us on a special occasion.

Easter lunch was great. It was nice to enjoy a great meal with the family. Service was wonderful and the chocolate Lava cake was to die for.
We had a little problem getting our food and condiments
3 hours way too long between clearing salads to main course, forgot one cocktail then charge on check for extra cocktail. Not a terrific birthday celebration.
Reservation offered "Bar" seating but when we got there they said the bar was closed. Then they made us wait for 20 minutes before seating us as we watched 4 other couples be seated before us. Hostess in front was rude and stuffy. Come on, its Mortons not Masto's! Stuck us in the back "seminar " room with terrible ambiance. Felt like we were in a business event. Finally, I ordered my filet "medium." Im sure they have cooked like a million "medium" steaks before. Like how hard could it be? Came out super rare. I sent it back and it returned "well done and dry. So disappointing. All this and I dropped $200 for this extremly dissappointing evening. Place feels old and beat up. Skip it! Head to Mastro's in Newport. I will next time.

Amazing food and service
Morton's has always been consistently outstanding and our last dinner there was since the Covid shutdown was excellent in very way.
We loved the waiter, the food, the drinks, the feeling of we have been there for years, so we actually will now..!!

Our first visit back in a year... Food excellent, as was service. Inside reconfigured to satisfy COVID protection requirements. Miss the has browns.
Our waiter Kevin was AWESOME! He made us feel like we were his only table even though we could clearly see he had others he was helping. He is an asset to their establishment. The food was delicious. We were not disappointed.
Our ribeye steaks were cooked perfectly. The shrimp alexander is my favorite appetizer.

Horrible, horrible service!! The food and drinks were delicious. But when I got a piece of glass in my drink ( that I almost swallowed) let the waitress know, and she never came back to our table for over 45 minutes. To make matters worse, we had to ask another waiter for our check. Once we were leaving the waitress chased me down and said how could we have paid if she hadn’t brought the check. I told her, we had to ask another waiter for our check since she never went back to our table.

1st dine-in meal in 13 months... felt safe, comfortable, fantastic service (Sean), amazing food, and overall experience. Morton's never disappoints.
The food was great. The apricot horseradish chutney is amazing with the mixed grill. So glad to be dining indoors, if we could get rid of the masked servers it would be ideal.
I took my son here for his 21st birthday and it was the worst dining experience in a while. The service was slow and the food wasn’t great either. Their were probably 15 people in the restaurant, so they really had no excuse for the issues.
The food was good, but it was not the knock your socks off kind of experience I was anticipating. The Chop salad was great, steaks cooked well, tender, spice blend on the steak was not my style. Service was average for this type of restaurant. Nothing wrong with the service but nothing to set it apart, efficient and minimal.
Always a great meal. Would highly recommend for business dinners.
The best place to go for celebrating a birthday, anniversary, etc! It's always our first choice.
Our waiter, Sean, was very attentive and nice. The host/staff placed every one within 6 ft or more, which made us comfortable dining in again.

Fantastic all around . Twin lobster tails and a la carte sides . Everything was perfect . They were a little busy so we waited a little for entree. Server was excellent and she was very attentive!

Spend the extra 10-15% and go to Mastros down the street. Their far superior service and attention to detail more than makes up for the cost difference and you will not leave feeling like you overspent for a mediocre meal.
It started off rocky. Our first table was in a very open spot that was drafty and cold. When our server saw me looking around for nearby heaters, he told me they couldn’t move any closer to us because they’re placed one for every 4 tables. We asked him if we could move to a table under the tent as there were many open tables. He said he’d have to ask a manager and left. When he came back, he said he couldn’t move us. My husband happened to see the manager and asked him directly and he allowed us to move. It was a blessing because we were moved to Kevin’s section and Kevin is the BEST server we’ve ever had and we go out to eat a lot. Kevin made our night absolutely PERFECT! He was so attentive and had the best attitude. He made my son’s birthday dinner just perfect! Of course, Morton’s food NEVER disappoints. We had the Tomahawk ribeye, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, sour cream mashed potatoes, crab legs, truffle fries, street corn, and lobster tail. Everything was delicious!
