Food was excellent. Server was very good although service was slow at times. An enjoyable evening.

Ben was our excellent waiter for the night! No complaints as always they far exceeded our expectations! With the crazy circumstances from pandemic Mortins did their best to make it feel special. We will be grateful when we can dine in a beautiful dining room again!

It was a lovely evening after being home for so many weeks. Food was delicious, service was impeccable!
When we were seated in the tent, there was a toddler at a nearby table in a stroller crying as two women ate. They were not trying to settle the child. I could see the waiters were bothered by it because they knew it affected the tables they were serving. My husband went inside to notify the staff who was very apologetic and said they would talk to the table right away, which they did. Thankfully, one of the women went to walk the toddler. If I was a toddler seated in my stroller for such a long time as my family ate, I'd cry too! They also offered to move us right away. We were appreciative of how the staff handled it. Food was terrific! The tent atmosphere was so, so. Too bad they couldn't lay a big carpet down so we would't have to be on asphalt and it would muffle the sound again -- but, then again. that's a huge cost to the establishment.
The food was excellent. Filet cooked perfectly and their augratin potatoes are wonderful. The service was not what it should have been. Waitress did her job but usually get outstanding service here. No one came to our table for quite some time. My husband got up to ask if there was someone servicing our table & then she arrived. Was never asked if I would like another cocktail & my husband had an empty drink glass for quite a while. Not the service we expect from Morton’s.
Excellent food and great ambience. Our server was awesome until 3 more tables next to us filled with parties of 4-6, then we were dropped like a hot potatoe. We need a minute to decide on a side, yet never came back, asked for water and was forgotten, list a bit longer.
The service exceeded our expectations
It's a very nice place. The outdoor seating was very nice.
When I got there 3 waiters looked at me and passed by while I was waiting to be greeted. My friend went inside and said something, then one of the waiters that passed me greeted me and asked about my reservation.
It was slow to get my food, but other than that I really enjoyed myself. My guests enjoyed themselves as well. The drinks were great.
The appetizers were delicious. I'd go there again.

I truly was disappointed with the service and the food! My son ordered a 6oz.filet medium well. And when he cut it in half it was raw to medium at most. My steak was charred and well well done, not medium well as i requested. When i asked the waitress to please remove it from my bill she asked me where is the rest of the steak. I told her it’s a 6oz and she checked the bill and said o ok. Then yes i will remove it. And walked away. She literally came to our table a few times while going to the other tables over and over. We will never go back. Truly disappointed.
New Year’s Eve dinner, food was cold, steak over cooked and cold, sent back, new steaks still not hot, ordered medium steaks, 2nd steaks, rare and well done, gave up. No apology from Manager! Never will go back! Capital grille and Ruth Chris so much better
Morton's did a great job as usual. The service was fantastic! Big Ben was very attentive and helpful! Steaks were great!

The manager set us at a table that had a 2 feet by 4 feet puddle of water below one of the dining chairs and then he acted put out when we wanted another table! We complained twice to the manager about the filthy women’s restroom and he said he was waiting for the dishwasher to clean it! We had an $800 bill for a terrible experience! We will never go back! It is unfortunate because the server and busboy were excellent!

It was a nice setting and a welcoming atmosphere to dine in, it was an outdoor setting and space was enough to feel safe during this pandemic. It was an evening dinner on a cold night but the heaters kept it nice and cozy. The food was delicious and fresh and the service is 5 star, we will definitely come back.

I remember Mortons being better tasting and better quality. This time it was meh...and also they did not have their famous souffle for dessert.. my husband was not too happy with the food either, the steak was bland, we added one of the butter toppings for the steak...basically 6 dollars for a couple of spoonfuls of extra salty garlic butter.....not sure I will be back.
The service and ambience was great. However, the food was a bit too salty for my liking. Also, the lobster mac and cheese can be better (not much flavor, and overly salted).
We dined on Christmas Eve in their outdoor covered dining area. We arrived about 5 minutes late (we called ahead to inform them) and found multiple people waiting in a line to be seated, all with reservations. We were told there was a bit of a delay with other diners not leaving in a timely manner causing the backup. I understand that they can't control how slowly diners eat, especially on holidays and with larger groups, but there was little to no apology or even an offer of a cocktail while we waited, which was about 30-40 minutes. When we were finally seated, again, 30-40 minutes late, our server was nice enough but not especially warm. We placed orders for apps and cocktails and when she came back to get our orders for our meal, we told her we needed a bit more time. She let us know that the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes... when I reminded her that we were seated late, she was unapologetic and mentioned the local curfew. I understand that they can't control that diners moved slowly OR the curfew... but we could've been informed of this as soon as we were seated instead of leisurely taking our time to order drinks, apps and then entrees. I mentioned this to our server, who seemed to get less interested in accommodating us as the night went along - she told me I needed to go ahead and order dessert with the meal if I wanted it...
Our apps arrive and then our meal arrives about 5 minutes later, forcing us to decide if we want to let the $50 steak get cold or finish our appetizers.
There were some factors that were obviously out of their control, and I completely understand that. However, the restaurant has the opportunity to respond to them in a way that can make the experience a positive one. That didn't happen. There are plenty of pricy steakhouses in the area and I don't think we would go back here after a disappointing Christmas eve with mediocre service, considering the cost.
Dinner was fantastic the food as always was on point. Social distancing set up was fantastic. And Adam our waiter was a delight. Had the ahi, Caesar, filet (real plus cooked perfectly) and the lobster tail.
It was great, food was amazing and quick. Everything was socially distanced. Will go back again for sure.

Despite having to eat in their outdoor dining area (parking lot), the meals and the service was excellent. They made the best possible due to the covid-19 restrictions.
