We had a good time. Restaurant was hard to find because Uber didn't take us directly to the door. Too bad restaurant was almost empty due to covid restrictions and very cold inside.
Celebrated my uncles 60th birthday, food was spot on and service was impeccable
Our food was amazing and perfectly cooked, drinks are worth the money and serving sizes are impressive (especially on signature sides). Our server Arturo was absolutely the best server I have ever had with impeccable timing on service, I really cannot compliment him enough.

usually everything is perfect this time my rib eye was a bit hard to chew even had to cut. Lobster was awesome and drinls and appetizers great. Service best in the business.

We waited for food for nearly 2 hours. The manager did try to make it right by comping 2 desserts, but my daughter's steak was undercooked and we had already been there so long we just ate it. It was almost completely unseasoned. The ambience was nice, and the desserts were delicious, but the rest of the meal was not memorable. The kitchen needs to get its act together.
Christmas eve dinner. Excellent, but prices are way too high.
The steak and seafood were delicious. Our waiter was Professional, knowledgeable, and the service was wonderful. If I have any criticism it’s that we weren’t able to get the brands of alcohol we drink, namely Chopin and basil Hayden. Otherwise, place was a 10!
The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I came here because Morton’s was a familiar brand and it was my birthday so I wanted to go with a “sure thing”. We live in DC and I’ve eaten here a million times, and have even hosted family dinners here. I don’t eat meat so I knew I would get the salmon.
Our food came out cold and extremely bland. They took it back to get warmed up and brought us a side of sauce- which was ALSO COLD and bland. I really didn’t know what to do at this point because there are no other food options for me. During the course of the situation, THREE managers came over to routinely ask how everything was and we told them “not good” and proceeded to explain what was wrong… they all said “ok” and left…. No resolution. I literally left crying because I just wanted to enjoy a nice birthday dinner on my last night here, and wasted my time that I could have been spending elsewhere. $200 later we paid our bill, and went to Santaella to enjoy the night where I should have gone to begin with. Such a disappointing and humiliating situation. Is a repeat customer I did not feel valued and will not return.
