   Horrible experience, arrived early waited 15 after my reservation time to be seated. Once seated waited 20 minutes at our table and had to flag someone down to serve us, they literally forgot about us. Our table cloth was stained with food and server changed table cloth and took another 15 minutes to take our drink order. Once our drinks were ordered the server brought the wrong drinks to our table. Server mixed up our drink order with the other patrons sitting next to us. Once our drink orders were figured out we were finally able to order an appetizer about an hour later. The rest of the service was more of the same- extremely slow service and no attention to detail. Food was served at room temperature not hot. Keep in mind this is for 2 guest celebrating a birthday dinner on the exact birthday. We’ve eaten at other Morton’s (Orlando) and never had this poor level of service. Morton’s has a reputation of quality food and service and this location is not honoring this level of service. If you’re looking for a nice evening out I would not recommend this restaurant.

   Morton’s San Juan, always consistent and excellent. Carlos did a great job with our group that included children, extremely accommodating. Will always celebrate our family birthdays at Morton’s!

   We have eaten here on a few vacations. Our server Jasmine was great! Food was really good and we had an ocean view. Will return!

   The meat was delicious—very tender and juicy, as always. The best part is the consistency they manage to maintain. We really enjoyed the dinner.

    Una buena experiencia, el lugar muy elegante, los cortes de carnes bien preparados, una amplia selección de vinos y buen servicio y detalles. La mesera Briana fue muy amable, además del detalle de obsequiarnos con una foto impresa de la visita donde se celebrábamos un cumpleaños.
