   Celebrating two birthdays and the recovery from liver cancer. Perfect evening. We were welcomed and remembered by the staff from our visit last year. Last year my daughter said that "this was the best steak I have ever had". This year she said it again. Jennifer and the rest of the staff made for a remarkable evening. Thank you.

   Waited 25 minutes to receive our drinks, we put our appetizer order in and waited another 45 minutes and then had to wait another hour for our meal and the sides that we ordered did not come out at the same time. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Morton’s. Typically it is a good experience but not the night we ate. Waitress did apologize over 20 times.

   Morton’s is a classic staple, and the steak lived up to expectations—cooked well and full of flavor. However, the service was disappointing. The wait staff disappeared on us for long stretches, it took quite a while to get our drinks, and the dessert (Molten lava cake) was mediocre at best. Not worth waiting 30 minutes for. Definitely not the level of experience you'd expect from a place with Morton’s reputation.

   Hi, I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent dinner with the customer. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed — we were still enjoying our steaks when the team began clearing plates, and the same happened during dessert. The customer and I were disappointed that we couldn’t finish our meals before the plates were taken. It’s important to us that our guests feel relaxed and valued, especially during hosted meals. I’d appreciate it if we could ensure more attentive pacing in the future. Thank you for understanding.

   When we first sat down the table cloth and the glasses on the table were dirty. I will not return to this restaurant again.

   The restaurant was extremely loud. The table had wheels so it was moving everywhere. It had a cushion on the table top so your cup a glass did not sit right so I felt like I was holding my cup all night. Not kid friendly or family, friendly no kid menu definitely will not come again.

    Morton’s never misses. The Cajun ribeye is hands-down the best thing I’ve ever eaten—perfectly seasoned, incredibly flavorful, and cooked to perfection every time. Beyond the food, it’s the people that make this place special. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and professional. Tonight, we had Jenny, and she was phenomenal. She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole night even better. Morton’s continues to set the gold standard.
