My steak came out very under cooked(ordered medium rare) a gentleman who was not our server took the steak back and recommend that I ask for medium plus next time i order a steak it was still pretty red when i got it back but it was very tasty! He also paid for our desert which was unexpected and very nice!

Overall it was a good experience, not outstanding, given the prices. Was my first time there, probably will try other premium steakhouses in the area before I go back.

If you have plenty of money It’s a nice place to go. Steak and service was very good and the bread pudding was delicious. Catch is expect to spend a couple hundred or more if you buy a bottle of wine!

Celebrated Valentine’s Day with friends! We all really enjoyed the evening. It was our friends first time at Morton’s and they love it! We will definitely go back again! The food and service was amazing! Last year we had “hen of the woods” mushrooms and hope Morton’s will bring that dish back again.!

I’ve patronized Morton’s across the US for many years. The food at this location was questionable. The food was cold and had no flavor, very disappointing when you pay $68.00 for a Steak. When it comes to a chain Steakhouses, Ruth Chris is your best bet.

This is a good restaurant. My expectations are very high for a restaurant of this caliber. My recent visit was not quite as good as my previous experiences at this restaurant although I had no problems. As with any place the service can vary dependent upon the server. I believe the server on Saturday night 2/3 may have been relatively new.

Not impressed. For the price, the steaks should have been much better. Instead, I felt like I might as well have gone to outback.

It took 3 tries for them to get the temperature right, and still it wasn't worth eating after the third attempt. First it was overdone, then it was under done, then it was overdone again and charred. It was tough and chewy. It was not worth eating. Meanwhile, my dining companion's was fine, and we both ordered the same temperature (medium). Fine however is not good enough for what one would expect at the price. Seriously could have gotten same quality steak at like an Outback. Very disappointed. It was not the experience I would have expected for the price, and it was a big letdown. Other steakhouses in the area for around same price are much, much better.

This is a well known steak house. For 5 out of 6 of our party the steaks were very good. Mine, ordered medium, was well done. If we didn't have a show.I would have sent it back.

Hadn't been to Morton's in a few years but got an email that they had a Landry members special of steak and lobster for $40. We were visiting San Jose and wanted to eat somewhere we hadn't been for a while so the special sealed the deal. Was more than we expected. Both the steak & lobster were great. Larger portions than we were expecting, done right and delicious. Choose Lyonaise potatoes which were also delicious. Didn't want to order more than we could eat there, as we couldn't take a doggy bag.

We'll now make sure we visit the Morton's in our area.

I have eaten at your facility about 50x in the last few years, I always get the same thing with the same temp ( Cajun Ribeye, Medium) should have a warm pink center. Last one was well. The time before one month ago was perfect, the 2x prior to that well done. The inconsistency is what is changing my mind regarding Morton's which was my favorite. I live in Az and always look forward to my dinner business meetings, but now we are moving more in the direction of Anderson's or Forbes Mill.

My filet was good, but my wife was disappointed with her shrimp scampi capellini. She said it lacked flavor. The onion soup and chocolate mousse were good. Service was adequate.

I been coming to Morton’s the steak house for years now I stop for a few months since I relocated and today I was back in town with my wife! I had the ahi tuna tower for appetizer witch was ok wontons chips were burn. Order a chopped salad. I had the Cajun ribeye medium rare witch was over cooked was more like a medium well cooked steak my wife had a 6 oz filet medium rare and was over cooked. To end the night we order a lava chocolate cake that was not presentable. From me been a executive chef I will never allowed my kitchen serve a desert like that. Really disappointed and don’t think I’ll be going back!

The food was good and service was good although the waitress wasn’t very friendly. They messed up on our baked soufflé desserts and kept delaying for almost 40 minutes, until they finally said they had a problem with the oven and couldn’t make them. But the manager was very nice and gave us free desserts to go and also comp’d our drinks. Problems happen, but how they are dealt with is what counts; I think they did as well as they could have in this situation.
