From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt welcomed. The staff fabulous the food incredible the drinks very good.

We were on time for our reservation but hostess couldn’t give us a table because our waiter was late.. anyway we got our table with temporarily waiter and he was wonderful. Finally our real waiter came and he made our birthday dinner not so great.. We wish our temporary waiter was serving us for during the dinner. Our real waiter brought us a bill with reward membership brochures and asking us to add $25 membership fee. It was a little annoying after we had a bad service.

Went to celebrate graduation with the family and menu started with “Congratulations (to my son)”. What a very nice touch and made my son feel special. Very good steaks and lobster tail. The truffle butter was amazing on the steaks. Service was wonderful. My only complaint is the lighting is very dim so pictures were dark.

Everything was amazing. We have one daughter who loves steakhouses and one daughter who doesn't eat steak - always a challenge. But Mortons had great options for all of us. The food was great and the service was great. I asked for water that wasn't iced, and the waiter remembered for the entire evening; he kept refilling my glass with water while the rest of the family got their iced water. A little thing that helped to make the experience great.

Food was great, but we put in our open table notes that we were celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary and nobody acknowledged it. In years past they used to print a special menu and write something in chocolate on the dessert plate. This time nothing.

Upon arrival, the host reminded me to remove my cap, and I complied. But a few tables down, I observed an older male wear a frumpled looking Outback hat for the duration of his dinner (seated in a booth with a female who was also wearing some style cap). Not sure why the selective enforcement or two sets of rules of who gets to cover their scalp while dining at SF Morton's. And this Morton's location is very dark inside; San Jose Morton's isn't this dark. My ribeye was ordered Medium, but it was dry inside and I didn't finish. Crab Cakes were delicious and same with the Morton's Chocolate dessert with vanilla ice cream. And parking sucks here--I had to pay $31- to park down the street in an underground garage.

The filet mignon as expected was phenomenal! Booth table was also comfortable. Our server Joshua took great care of us. We enjoyed our dinner!

I am a regular at Morton's. Once or twice a month, I am having dinner with families & friends. We always request to be in the table where server Emmy is assigned. She is wanderful.
