As usual the food was awesome. The steaks, salad and seafood were all great. The staff is phenomenal. It seemed that all of the regular staff we know were there and EVERYBODY made it a point to stop by and say hello and talk with us. Its great to feel like you are part of the restaurant!

Great service. Great space. Little disappointed when I went for the Wagu beef over the regular filet. Usually know wagu to be a better meat but it’s was tougher than my wife’s filet.

We felt rushed when we first got there. Servers were speaking extremely fast and we had to have them repeat themselves a lot. They came almost immediately to take our drink orders and when we said we weren't ready yet and started with water, they then took almost 15 minutes to come back around. Both were very nice, the food was fantastic, and as the meal went on they weren't quite so rushed. However, that first 20 minutes in the restaurant was not the usual Morton's experience we've encountered in the past. The lemon soufflé was amazing!

Valentine’s Day Morton’s was very nice.

It’s pretty loud inside for a fine dining experience. Our potatoes were really bland. I expected the steak to taste like a$50 steak instead of something I could have made at home. I’m personally underwhelmed and will see myself doing Donovan’s or Ruth Chris over Morton’s.

Our server was amazing in her thorough knowledge of all foods and their preparation and ingredients. Her familiarity with special items like the 10oz New York, which I ordered was to her credit. Only the baked potato, which I and a guest shared seemed to be a bit dry.

Food here is always excellent one of our favorite steak places to eat. Our server Barry is quite tenacious and tentative. He made our dinner more vivacious.

I went with a couple of friends for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the service was poor. We had to remind the waiter we were supposed to get bread at the table, twice we had to remind him we ordered Pellegrino water, and the manager had to clear the appetizer plates from the table because they sat there so long. It's not like they were super busy, either.
The consensus was the food was decent, but not great. For the price, we expected better. My escargot appetizer was only fair; I've had better, I've had worse. The 6 oz filet was cooked just as requested. The bacon-wrapped scallops were delicious. Gordon Ramsay would say they were overcooked, but I like them that way. The birthday boy received very tasty dessert. Since we didn't order it, we were surprised it showed up on the bill.
Overall, the experience was nice, but could have used better service.

We were celebrating half way through a 28-Day Arbonne Cleanse. The waiter and chefs were very understanding of our strong preference for an "Arbonne Clean Meal" by changing certain dressings and omitting particular ingredients when possible.

I'm a vegetarian, but my wife LOVED her steak. I enjoyed the sides; especially the sour cream mashed potatoes. The service was GREAT!! It was worth the price.

Once we asked for the restaurant week menu, the waiter ignored our table. Water was only filled once. I had to go to the bar to get ice and more water. Steak was bland. The cheesecake was good. Wouldn’t come back.

Special thanks to Tim (manager) for accommodating us. We were unable to get the ideal time slot through the website or third party site and I called and he made it happen. Tim saved the night as I had waited too long to make reservations and we had a concert immediately following dinner. Amazing dinner and our waitress Jennifer was attentive and helpful with her suggestions.

Should have seen the red flag at the hostess station when we waited 10 min to talk to the hostess. It was empty with only 1 couple in front of us. Finally got seated and ordered. Salad was fine, but ordered lemons with it and they arrived once the salad was finished. When the food arrived it was luke warm and had to send it back to get warmed up. Ordered espresso and when it came, 10 min after I ordered it, and 2 reminders to the server, had no spoon to stir it. Manager apologized, bought me a port, but wouldn't go back. Excuse was understaffed on Friday. If you look at Open Table, it has graphed the busy times and days of the week, which Friday at 7:30 was the busiest, but the Manager didn't know that????? Come on man, wake up!!

The food service was great with our waiter Robert but the bartenders ignored us and when we finally ask to order a drink and they just said it'll be a minute! Really! So we left! Awful bartenders! And it wasn't even busy at the bar!

We love Morton’s. The staff are the best as is the service. The bar tending crew is awesome. And Tim and Josh hold it all together.

Highly recommend Morton's San Diego. I have dined before at their Chicago location and both the Chicago and San Diego location offer excellent selections and outstanding service.

We love coming to Morton´s because of the quality of their food and service. The only thing is that although our waiter was very nice and attentive, the service was a little to slow.

We went to Morton's and as usual it did not disappoint. The meal was delicious, and the key lime pie was on point! The consistency of the experience is refreshing and I'm looking forward to the next time I dine with them.
