This was my first time coming to Morton’s and it was by far the best experiance I’ve had in so long. Our server was so helpful, due to the fact that it was our first time going he definitely gave us a well detail description of what happened and all. Furthermore, the prices are well worth due to the food being cooked to perfection. All in all Morton’s was a 5 star from great food to outstanding ambiance.

A perfect place for family or friends special occasions, the ambiance was intimate, servers where friendly and the food was very good. Sorry to say maybe its little bit over priced but deserves it.

First time at Morton's. Very good experience! I had the filet & lobster tail. Delicious and cooked to perfection! My husband had the king salmon and a side of the lobster mac and cheese. Excellent! Our only disappointment was the Oysters Rockerfeller. It just tasted like salty spinach with a hint of oyster. Our server, Courtney, was outstanding. Overall, we enjoyed our diner and would highly recommend.

I remember Morton’s being phenomenal, and this time the food and service was far more like a Texas Roadhouse than an upscale steakhouse. Even the quality of meat has tanked. Kinda sad to see.

All around Very disappointing & def won’t go back. To be fair, the pork chop was delicious and perfectly cooked. The Caesar was average. Ribeyes were shockingly thin. Sides were mediocre. We had to ask for bread three times.

1st time I’ve been to Morgan’s and the food was disappointing! I brought my lovely wife for the first time for our anniversary and I was embarrassed and I’ve been to this location twice. Also when I asked to take a drink back I disliked and order another the drink was still on my tab

Been to this place many times since I work down town. This time is a bit disappointed of the reception staff. There was no greeting, no smile, when we walked in. Our table was very close to another table. Our waitress Tina was great. However, the receptionist lady was not. Especially when she was asked to take a birthday picture of our table. After that, the picture was given to us in an unfriendly manner. Good food good music overall. The red wine was great.

We had an absolute amazing waitress, he knew what he was doing and was very nice and informative. great wine paring and champagne. food was very good overall, but the tomahawk ribeye was a bit underwhelming compared to price. not a lot of taste/seasoning, a bit overcoockeed. ordered medium rare ended up getting a medium+ Sides were great.

Ordered the dry aged new your, steak had an odd flavor, not good. We ordered the sundae no hot fudge at all. Ordered a Irish coffee to go with the sundae, it took 20 minutes for the desert to come out, by the time the sundae and coffee came the coffee was ice cold. We go to Morton’s frequently and this was our worst experience by far.

Waiter decided to ID check me after he brought out my glass of wine. Not only is this a amateur mistake but fine dining steakhouses typically do not ID unless you look like a kid. We also said we were going to skip on dessert but he decided to bring a dessert menu. Finally he never looked at my female partner once acting like she was not even there. The whole experience was transactional rather than giving us a fine dining experience.

Reservations was for 6pm, arrived at 5:45 was told we could not be seated until 6 (keep in mind 75% of tables were empty) because other folks that had reservations needed to be seated first (no one else waiting) from the time we arrived to the time we got seated there was only 1 couple seated… not very smart and bad reason / excuse… we visit this location 4-5 times a year and for some reason there is always something we have asked to be seated in booths and always an excuse this time there were multiple booths open and after we’re were seated multiple single couples were sat in those booths just very not sure how to take this type of service.

Kevin was our waiter & he was absolutely amazing! Our food was great! Our complimentary pictures were gorgeous for the birthday celebration! The manager & all staff were also wonderful…I highly recommend this restaurant everything about it is OUTSTANDING!

Morton's is a great place for that special dinner! Not the most affordable dining experience, but as a Landry member, there are occasional specials that make it worthwhile! (Hint: Labor Day) Food is definitely superior and the best place to go for a really good steak. Service is top notch even on a busy night. Parking is best with valet on busy nights as downtown can be challenging especially if something is happening at Golden One Center. Otherwise there's a parking lot across the street at the bank. Pay by QR code on your phone. Cost me $10.99 for 2 hours. Valet is $15+tip. Lots of great cocktail and wine options! Yes, there's outdoor seating but the street is really noisy. Look forward to returning in the future!!!
